Before I purchased this washer and matching dryer set just over 2 years ago, I told myself not to listen to the negative reviews people have posted, because those are just rare circumstances or people just not taking the time to do the routine maintenance of the units...well I was WRONG! Just over 1 year from purchasing, the washer's tub ball bearing has failed not once, but TWICE since purchasing. Dryer has give me no problems at all. I never overfill the washer, always follow manufacturer recommendations on usage and upkeep, and the washer even reminds you to do those things. Because of the placement of the tub bearing, the cost to repair this is just as expensive as a brand new unit, minus $45. I'm not a washer/dryer enthusiast by any means, but this Samsung washer is NOT THE ONE!

The only issue I had was with the delivery drivers. Both installers seemed confused about the setup. But, it was installed correctly after a few attempts.
