Samsung changed the latching mechanism for the feet. I found out from the installation crew when they delivered the washer. I ordered a new pedestal through Best Buy's Customer Service and was given a quick delivery date, only to find out an hour later that it would be 3 weeks, not to mention the extra $330 which includes yet another installation charge. I feel like I got ripped off by both Samsung and Best Buy.

Unfortunately I purchased this to replace the exact one that I bought 2 1/1 years ago and had to replace. The balancing weights completely broke off the the washer was leaking. If you’re going to purchase, do not skip the warranty!

BUYER BEWARE TERRIBLE SHAKING IN SPIN CYCLE

I had my handy man check it out and it’s a part that expensive so you may as well buy a new one. I have seen this same exact model being sold facebook market place with the SAME PROBLEM!!!! BUYER BEWARE!! SHAKES SO HARD IT WAKES EVERYONE IN THE HOUSE!! No laundry at night!!!!!
