This was a floor model and was already assembled when I picked it up and managed to get it on the laundry space. Hook up was quick and simple. Things to love: auto dispenser for detergent and the auto load detection. You can just hit your normal load button and if your load is really light it dispenses less fluid and runs for less time. Great energy saver!!

It’s nothing like the other washer and dryer you had to get used to it. I was angry for a couple days didn’t like it but now I’m used to it and I’m doing good and I love it.

I recently purchased a washer and dryer from Best Buy and overall I’m very satisfied with the performance. Both units clean and dry clothes well, have plenty of settings, and are easy to use. The capacity is great and they get the job done efficiently. The only downside is that the washer does shake quite a bit during the spin cycle, especially with heavier loads. It’s not a deal breaker, but it’s noticeable and something to be aware of. Other than that, it’s a solid purchase and good value for the price. I’d still recommend it, just make sure it’s properly leveled and installed.

Great machine. Easy to use. Love the dispenser for detergent and softener. The super fast wash and dry get my laundry done quickly on my late work nights. Connected qickly to my Samsung Smart things. I am happy with the amount of space gained.

Quiet operation. This washer/dryer unit takes up less space and is shorter than other stacked systems. I was able to put shelves above the unit. Having the controls in the middle between the washer and dryer works great.

I recently bought this laundromat and was impressed by the new Samsung washer and dryer machines. The standout feature is the automatic soap and softener dispenser, which makes doing laundry incredibly convenient. just load your clothes, and the machine handles the rest.

I got a reach customer service warning already. The wasing machines feels a little small bearly fit my queen size duvet. The dryer keeps things, not all the way dry, i think its because of the AI. Keeps telling it its dry, when its not. Im not 100% happy. Pros. saves space and it looks nicer than other models. I unplugged the machine and its been working but idk how happy i am with it. I think theres a learning curve to it so im going to keep it and try to stay positive.
