I'm going to have to buy a streaming appliance which makes this "smart" TV not too smart!

Good TV for a Good Price

At first I get a Geek Squad Certified Open Box - Excellent but the sound didn't even work on it and there was pieces broken off and rattling around inside. I took it back and they swapped it out and haven't had a problem since.

TV stopped working 7 hours after purchase

While we were watching it, it powered off and would not power back on. The red power light just blinked continuously. The customer service agent told me I could fill out a service request and someone would contact me to schedule an appointment in 1-2 business days. Since I didn't want to wait 4 DAYS to use my brand new tv, I took the television back to Best Buy 9 hours after I bought it and purchased a different brand. Best Buy worked with me and did a great job helping me!!

Familiar with Samsung TVs and always good choice

This was a replacement of a dinasour TV and our main TV is a a Samsung that is approximately 8 or 9 years old and still works like a new one. Love the old one and Love the New one Too.

Every time I try to connect to a netflix or hulu, a message pops up saying "preparing tv....try again later." samsung customer service was completely unhelpful, they had no idea what the message meant. Today, the tv stopped responding to the remote. Apps BARELY function, I'm talking maybe 10% of the time I can actually use the thing. Definitely going to return this piece of garbage and buy a better one, and it definitely won't be a samsung.
