The TVs are difficult to turn-on. I didn't want any fancy "smart TV" features. I have a fiber optic feed that 9 times out of 10 is not recognized by the TV, so it sits there unresponsive. It takes some fiddling to re-enforce the TV input (HDMI-1 in my case) before it connects to my fiber connection. Otherwise the TV has a good picture and good sound

I decided to purchase a larger TV for my bedroom, so that is exactly what I did at Best Buy. Of course they had just what I wanted. I was able to to take it home and set it up right away. I love it, it's a Samsung, the second one I have in my home. My only problem is that I had to wait almost 15 min. before I found someone to help me. There was only 1 sales person in the TV area. Still love the store..

Very pleased, great picture and sound! The older style remote makes things much easier than the more expensive Samsung TV I have in the living room. The price point also makes it an easy choice!

This TV is used only as a smart TV for streaming. Its not that fast for pulling up apps and it has the old fashioned remote with a lot of useless buttons. The picture and speaker are fine.

Great picture. I now have 3 Samsung tvs. My only complaint is that there are only 2 HDMI connections and there is no small square sound connection. My older 32" Samsung had more outlets on the back. Still have not figured out how to hook up my Boise sound bar. Good customer service.

This TV is just what I needed. Something of good quality, great picture asnd has the additional perk of having Samsung TV Plus.
The sleep timer is the only thing that i have issue with. You have to engage it by on screen manipulation. It is not a feature on the remote control

I bought these TV's for each of my young children. They have really nice sound and picture. Dont let the low price fool you into thinking its poor quality sound and picture.

Excellent TV for my new set up! Have it in my farmhouse kitchen - it’s perfect size/picture & super easy to use. Took a little while to set it up clean & simple without all the pop-up nonsense, but once done it’s worked perfectly & retained my settings even after a power outage.
