I had some trouble with operation and came into the store on Colorado Blvd. and the the sales person was very helpful and when I asked about your return policy he assured me there would be no problem even without the box it came in. Have to stand a certain place in the room to prevent our other Samsung TV from coming on/off when we are turning our new Samsung TV on/off. We are getting used to it but it is a bit of a nuisance. The Samsung representative said the TVs are located too close together although they are in different rooms.
