Do not buy this model. Extremely disappointed in Samsung. After 4 months, TV developed a black line across the screen and started turning itself on and off. Still under warranty, Samsung would not replace the TV, only repair. Currently waiting on second repair attempt after being made to wait for new screen and other parts. This should not happen on a 4 month old television. This model is a lemon.

Would never get your product again. I'm currently injured and have been so for about four years now. Recently got this Tv then decide I wanted the qled. Went and got that then tried to take the other Tv back which the guy informed me that it was the wrong TV. Basically there switching tvs at this store. He didn't want to tell me anything where it came from which store and so on.

We owned this for 16 months. First a line 1/3 up the and now from the line down has a shadow and stripes. Seems screen is gone!

the tv did not fit the nice delivery/set up man offered to take it back since I'm a senior citizen.Somehow the tv got lost in the closing tried numerous times to get it straight and drove over there to talk to some one in the parking lot always giving the information and being told they would get back to me (which never happened) the fact the you refunded the things that went with the tv that the store has makes no sense I will go to the store when it opens up

It would be fine to watch the news, or most tv shows, but not enough processing power to watch sports on. Too much judder and lag on fast moving images. Went with the Sony 800G, much better.

The worst tv we have ever had. This is our third Samsung tv, but in order to get a clear picture you have to be right in front of the tv. The colors are pale and cloudy. We never expected this to happen.
Before we bought this Samsung tv I thought
they had the best picture, but this will be our last Samsung tv. Very disappointed.

Do not buy this if you plan on using Nintendo Switch or other gaming platforms. Something with the HDMI inputs is an issue. Read online- should be fixed but isn’t. The sales rep talked me out of the tv I was going to buy (upscale) and I have had nothing but issues. Don’t waste your time- many more options available

Had issues with sound and picture being out of sync. Unwatchable. Neither Samsung nor Xfinity could correct the problem. Exchanged it for an LC and problem resolved.

I was very excited for this television, and I guess I still am. This open box product was rated certified...but it’s missing the remote. Nobody answering any phone in the store. Now I have to drive an hour to return entire thing.

This TV broke unexpectedly after 1 yr 11 mo of usage. Back LEDs flicker on and off, but there is no picture and no sound. Samsung "black screen of death" seems to be the issue. Would not recommend a TV that breaks in under 2 years
