    Overall it's ok for the $$. The sound and color quality could be better. It depends on what we're watching. I'm not spendig $1000 for a tv, though.

    As far as I know, our new TV is fine, possibly overpriced. This purchase was to replace our failed Vizio TV, purchased at Best Buy. I took this set to the Best Buy on Poplar Ave (Memphis) and it was sent off to Chicago for repair. This was on a Saturday. By Wednesday, the "tracking" indicated no different status than when I first dropped the set off four days earlier. I attempted to talk with Customer Service at the store but discovered that it was a central center. Regardless, the gentleman there [Christian] said that I would be contacted within a certain time period but that time passed with no contact. All this while, at least a week after dropping off the set, the tracking info had not changed status from what it was when I dropped the set at the store. I went to the store and talked with the manager at the Geek center; she was no help. After two weeks, I was notified that the set would not be repaired and I would receive credit, which I did. Essentially, I experienced poor customer service and probably would not have purchased the new set at BB, but that's where my store credit was.

    A decent 4K TV at a decent price.

    For the price, this is a more than acceptable TV. I expected a better screen resolution since it's true 4K. Also recommend a sound bar. Haven't tried the 'smart' TV part of it yet.

    They did a good job installing. Follow up service when I need assistance was very helpful. Both geek squad techs were friendly, patient and good at their jobs

    Great TV. But Samsung "says" it has an On Screen Keyboard. I cannot find how access and Samsung manual no help.
