The graphics are extremely clear and a huge jump in quality from my last TV that was 12 years old. The sound is only fair. I will get a soundbar to improve it.

Picture, Sound and Brightness are all excellent as indicated. Setup was relatively simple although I did require assistance with setting up a Samsung account. The customer service representative that I spoke with was polite and professional and helped me through the process and the part that I was having difficulty with. That resolved the conversation with the customer service representative was ended. The next issue that I encountered is as follows. The Samsung 43"QLED 4K TV was in a different room than the internet router so WIFI was required to connect to the network. Initially the connection through WIFI was successful, However over the first two days the TV dropped the WIFI connection several times. The network is a 250G fiberoptic network utilizing a Mesh Router and one Satellite Mesh Unit. The primary TV (also a Samsung) is connected to the Mesh Router with an ethernet cable. Six other devices, including this new TV, were connected to the network via WIFI. All of the six devices connected via WIFI, with the exception of this new TV which continued to drop the signal, remained connected via WIFI to the network and worked flawlessly. Several attempts using different instructions and methods to reset and connect TV to the network via WIFI failed. The only way that this problem was remedied was to move the Satellite Mesh Unit from the front of the house to the room that this new TV was in and to connect this TV to the Satellite Mesh Unit using an ethernet cable. Once this was done the problem was solved. Though not 100% certain, the issue is a WIFI module that is malfunctioning or is simply inadequate (poor quality, unreliable) to do the job. Subsequently I have read reviews of similar issues relative to other TV manufacturers and WIFI modules.

The picture is very clear and the set up went fine. We just purchased a Samsung zsound bar too but haven't hooked up yet. The tv is very light and the legs / stand worked out great with our stand. Samsung has very clear instructions. I did have one question and I called them for support. The tech knew exactly what I was talking about and answered my question in seconds.

I had been putting off getting a new TV for a long while but finally caved and decided to do some shopping around. I found this TV and for the price it is a very good product. It’s not going to blow your mind with the best top of the line picture but as a QLED it is a very solid choice especially if you are on a bit of a budget. I play a lot of games so it having HDR options is nice and it has a lot of built in features that are suited for gaming in general. It has all of the standard streaming apps as well which make it an easy choice if you want a nice 4K TV without breaking the bank. Setup was very simple and it’s very easy to use and navigate.

4 years ago I purchased same size tv at Best Buy and it quit. I called Best Buy and they said because I had geek squad I could exchange it for a new tv or get the value applied to a better tv. Wow how great is that?? The new tv is the Best ever tv I love it, especially the perfect picture. I irdered it over the phone guided by a knowledgable sales person who was exceptionally educated and answered all my questions and asked me some to know exactly what I wanted and need. Delivery was scheduled to my timeframe it was delivered on time and perfectly executed. I was. Delighted getting it on Best Buy’s credit plan was so easy. I love the Geek squad and I know if I need help they will help me.. thank you for fabulous service and making it all so easy!!! You have been and will be my go to for all my electronics done laptop to pc to tv!

Had to buy 2 TVs a year ago because of Netflix not being available on our old TVs they said with their software changing so we were forced to do so but we are very happy with our new TVs. Color is very nice. Bright. Remote is a little small which is nice but hard to find at times and easy to hit a button by mistake.

Nice TV, it's clarity and color are remarkable. It's much better than the cheap TVs, so worth the money. The 43 inch size is perfect for my apartment. I had geek squad set it up and they were amazing, fast and definitely knew what they were doing. They did it in a very short amount of time.

I love this tv!! It has such a good picture from anywhere in the room. I have another QLED tv that isn’t as nice a picture.

Very pleased with this purchase ! The quality of the picture is better than I expected ! Great features and apps are so helpful. Easy to use. I only purchase Samsung TVs. I have never been disappointed in any Samsung product that I purchased.
