I absolutely loved this tv! I purchased it to renew my old set that wasn’t even that old but was just too wide and had an average image. Now this Samsung it’s certainly an improvement, it’s light and thin with crystal clear picture and the sound is better than expected! Super easy to set up and pair with Alexa. Great purchase

Great TV. Good picture quality and easy set up. The Tizen feature takes some getting used to (I am an old guy) but everything works well and we enjoy the TV. Good work Samsung

the picture quality is pretty good, but the new tizen operating system is really slow and clunky and loves to get in the way. The viewing angles are ok, but its not like a top of the line oled so u cant really expect them to be great

I bought this unit for my mom and she's loving it. This 43" screen size is my mom's preference. But setup was very easy, featuring two options - QR code and remote control. These two options are a great elimination of the cumbersome task of flipping through pages of a user manual. The app layout is decent and the screen resolution is great. Compared to previous designs, the TV remote that came with the unit is excellent. It is flat, portable, and of decent quality. I use Smart Things option to offer my mom remote assistance when I'm not around to get the TV to do what she wants. Overall, I do not regret this purchase and my mom is loving the experience.

Video quality is spot on great could have been better if I can tweak the color settings with out the screen going to main menu . I can easily swap the settings on my 65in Samsung but this one here, I select the filter type and it just places me at menu then I have to go back each time .

While not quite as striking as an OLED, this QLED offers great clarity and dynamic range and seems to be much better than a comparable standard LED. The Samsung Smart TV features are actually much better than I expected and I ended up using it rather than the Roku I had. Very easy to connect up your existing Netflix, Spotify, etc accounts, plus it has some mildly interesting apps that come with it. Sound quality is good, dialogue is easy to understand. The Remote is minimal but easy to use and I have not missed for any features. Only issues, none of which are major: - As with all LED and QLED TVs with rim lighting, you can see some slight unevenness in brightness at low (and I mean low) black scenes, such as star scape at the opening of an Alien movie. - The model we got cannot DVR OTA TV. Seems to have the hardware to do it, but may be region locked against it for legal reasons.

I like the TV. The picture is good. The TV is easy to work and the remote is easy to learn. I like the ease in using the TV.

This tv is just want I needed as far as size and it has a very nice, clear picture and good sound. The remote is easy to use. My only complaint would be its size. VERY small and slips from my hands easily. It was simple TV to set up.

I’ve installed Samsung frame TVs which have the large box that has to be put in a cabinet close by. This tv has everything built in and the art mode is fantastic. Easy to use menus and the audio is much better than the Samsung frame tv.

Bought to put in our bedroom and wow the picture is amazing. This is my first "Q" led tv and for the price during Christmas sales going on I couldn't pass it up. Easy set up and so much more. I will have to learn more about all the things i can do with it but not there yet

Bought this TV for our kitchen area. The wife has been asking for one for a couple of years. She loves it. Great picture and easy to setup.

Nine months of extensive use so far. Pocture quality is very good. Sound quality is poor and you should get a sound bar or an external blue tooth speaker. Smart features are easy to use. Good value for the money but I would get a top of the line model were I to do it again for even better picture quality.

Good size for the room it was placed in. Works well and no problems as of yet. Good tv

The screen and the color of the shows are great. Also, the size and lightness of the TV are wonderful.

Tv is slim and beautiful mounted on the wall. Picture is good for the price but audio isnt great. It is a slim tv so not much room for better speakers on it. Good to game on for a bedroom tv.

I bought this tv for my elderly mother and she loves it. She used to have an old 28 in tv in her living room and complained about how bad the quality was. But with this she is able to actually watch tv and enjoy her shows. This is the basic model but it is well worth the price just because you still get everything needed in a main brand smart 4k tv without breaking the bank to much.

Initially I had concerns about this tv as the picture quality wasn't as expected, but after tweaking the features of color, brightness and sharpness it really popped. There's no warming up with this model; it's on immediately like when you open your eyes. Happy with the purchase! The sound level seems to vary from station to station, and at times from program to program, but it's easy to adjust.
