It's a bit challenging to set up by oneself. Removing the protective plastic left lots of little pieces at the bottom of the screen. This was very time-consuming to fix. I'm hoping this TV will last a while.

However, the screen sharing option can be glitchy and there are some apps that are not yet available with Samsung, such as the Peloton app.

The picture quality really stands out to us because we had a TV that was almost 20 years old. It was easy to set up and works well with others (Amazon Fire Stick, etc.).

Ok, but better options cheaper

I wanted a smaller tv for my office and went from a 50" Hisense to this 43" Q60D and the picture quality is mediocre at best. No matter what setting, the screen never seems to look as good as it should be able to, especially knowing other manufactures make better screens. I wanted smaller and thinner and got it, but I wouldn't buy this if the main goal is good picture quality or watching series / movies at night or a bright room.

We appreciate your thoughts on the picture quality of Samsung’s Q60D TV. If the image you’re seeing isn’t to your liking, there are several picture settings you may want to adjust.
Go to Home > left direction button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
...and select the mode that best fits your usage:
1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments
2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments
3. Eco: Provided to save energy
4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room
5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
You can also fine-tune your picture with expert settings such as brightness, contrast, sharpness and more (All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings).
