I got this model instead of a slightly cheaper one because it comes with Samsung's more sophisticated remote. The TV was easy to set up & has a great picture. Samsung has improved their new TV setup routine from prior models.

I'm really enjoying this TV. The room it's in is small so this is the perfect size. Its easy to set-up and navigate. The remote is small but user friendly and I don't have to buy batteries for it. Love that! Connects easily to streaming services

this TV is great the thing I would change is if the remote control had a back light

I like a lot of things about the tv but the volume increase during the commercials is unbearablely painful. It doesn't always do it but when it does it chases you out of the room. Manovering around the different options is difficult but it will probably get better as I become more accustom to how it works. The picture is wonderful and all the available stations are great. No need for expensive subscriptions.

The worst thing turned into the BEST Thing. The worst thing? Our over-the-frig 32" TV completely died. The BEST Thing? This 43" Class Q8F Series QLED 4K UHD SamsungVision AI Smart Tizen TV!
