Samsung makes good, reliable TV's. I would buy it again. The only reason I'm giving 4 and not 5 stars is because Samsung Customer Service is not good, and they don't support their apps very well. Plus, the Smart TV apps are frequently changing, being replaced, and/or being eliminated.

I'm using this TV in my office to project presentations from my laptop. It is working very well for that purpose. Also using HD Air Antenna for TV signals and the clarity on that is great as well. Price paid and value received are what I expected.

I love the picture and all the wonderful options available on this tv. I never thought it would be a big deal to have a smart tv but I love it!

I especially like the hub feature where you can go directly to Amazon or Netflix and some others. The picture is good and it's easy to use.

Had great experience picking it out. Very easy to set up and wall mount . Great picture and very user friendly . Samsung is great as always

I needed a tv for my bedroom but didn't want to spent a large amount. This tv gave me all the features I needed at a reasonable price.

If you're looking for a quality smart tv at a great price this one will get the job done. One drawback I see is the volume isn't great, may need external speakers.

The stand legs are a little too long. Traded with my old tv. Works well. Less cables to hook up. Remote I rate at 4 stars good picture

I really enjoy this TV and am happy with my purchase. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the white lights shining from the bottom of the scree. You cannot tell when the picture is bright but as soon as it goes to a black screen they are very noticeable.

I had Samsung tv before and loved it..had it for over 5 years without problems. Had to let it go after moving overseas. I bought my parents another newer Samsung and they love it. When I saw this new smart tv and read up on it it sounded like a great choice! Always easy to use and great picture quality! The only thing is it takes maybe a minute for the smart hub to boot up. Other than that I'm always happy with Samsung!

easy set up, picture is fantastic only down side to this tv is smart hub takes a few minutes to access. no regrets on this purchase

This is a pretty decent TV not amazing but satisfaction. Pictures good, sounds OK if you don't have a stereo. Not sure why bought a smart TV when there's google chrome cast that gives you a much better user interface.

This is our second Samsung HDTV and it is a great product. Easy to set up, great picture and sound. I highly recommend Samsung products.

Very happy with product when I ordered was told a tech would install but tv was shipped direct to me then told there was a additional fee to install very large fee I declined figured. it out myself. Customer service very nice but not given proper info before ordering

I was not in the market for a TV. However a freak power surge from a thunderstorm took out several electronic devices in my home. Lots of new LED models to choose from. After some study I had decided that Samsung had the best deals and selection for my need. The only other choice was to decide between the 40 inch and 48 inch models. Price was very favorable for either. The 48 inch is max size the space I have available can comfortably accommodate. So far I am very pleased with this purchase.

Mount is easy to put together, and very stable once assembled. TV works very well. Crisp picture and menus are easy to navigate.

Easy to set up, picture and sound quality are outstanding, even without sound bar. Love it!

I paid less than $500 for the TV. It has a great screen and sound. If I have to say anything is wrong is that it is very rectangular I would like it a little higher.
