The TV is overall great quality. It sounds great, looks big in a bedroom, and had fantastic picture quality. The main issue I find is that its light sensors often do not work. When the Room is bright, the TV isn't always bright enough and when the room is dark, the screen is often too dark. You have to manually increase the brightness which requires that you leave whatever app you are using to go into the Menu section. Would recommend the TV but keep that in mind.

Great tv and great picture. Only downside I've noticed since using it is that when using the smart tv function to access Netflix or some other app after turning the tv on, I'll get a message telling me that the tv is preparing and to please wait. I will need to wait about 2-3 minutes after turning on the tv before I can access any apps. May not sound like a long time but it's annoying as I only use this tv for the smart function as opposed to normal tv watching with cable or anything else.

I purchased this TV after my old off-brand TV broke. I was looking for something reliable and this TV is definately it. It looks great and has really good features. The size is perfect, but enough but still portable enough that one person can move it, if necessary. My one issue is that the online services take a while to connect to Internet when the TV is turned on. But the inputs, such at TV(I use an antenna) and HDMI, load very quickly. Overall this TV is definitely worth the price! I would recommend it.

After our 8 year old Samsung unexpectedly quit, I was dreading the setup of a new one, but we fortunately spent the extra money to get a Smart tv! It was so easy and fast, hooked it up and put in our password and "it" did all the work and voila! Quality is great, screen is larger than old one, but because the frame is narrower, the size overall was not that much bigger, so fit in the old location just fine. Glad we got another Samsung.

We bought this tv over a year ago. We really love this tv. It has a perfect picture and color.

I upgraded to this TV when I purchased a new Samsung S7 and I'm glad that I did. It replaced an aging 40" LED TV that wasn't so smart. Overall it has good color and is quite sharp compared to my old TV. While I don't use most of the smart TV features (I use Roku), it is nice to be able to occasionally browse the web. The only downside is that it won't remember the bluetooth keyboard I paired with it. I'm constantly having to reconnect it to use the keyboard. Otherwise it would have been a five star.

The products we purchased are just what we wanted and expected. Our sales associate was outstanding and the delivery men were great. We will always recommend Best Buy and we will return

We went with this model because there was one that was offered for black Monday that wasn't available when we went there. Be very helpful Bestbuy associate explained about the slightly better components in this one then the one that we were looking at originally. We were very pleased with how easy it was to set up and the clarity of the picture. It also seems to have really good sound, but we're not that picky about sound.

We love our tv. The quality is great. We have it mounted on the wall. It's the perfect size.

This has been a nice tv, wish it would be better with using the internet as our only way we watch tv. You have to go through steps and wait in order for you to watch a program. It would be nice to have the apps Hulu, Netflix etc. automatically come up not a snow screen. The remote is not very user friendly, wish it was lit up to see the buttons. The sound could be better, its not always stable.

The picture is very sharp and the price is just right for me

Purchased this TV for my mother and she really likes it. Easy to set up and use. The sound quality and upscale aren't as good as Sony 850C but you get what you pay for.

Great HD Smart TV. Nice picture and easy to use. I would definitely recommend.
