Great TV, minus the sound

Speakers point backwards and sound so tinny and full of treble that you're almost forced to invest another few hundred dollars into a sound bar. I understand this is the case with most TVs like this though, hence why the sound bar industry is magically booming. Very unfair... Just give me ONE awesome device people! :-\

Great HDTV, not on smart feature

Give the smart hub at least 5 mins before attempting. It buffers sometimes. I have a Sony 4K android TV. Fast startup for smart features and no buffering, but the Samsung's picture is better, believe it or not. Then again I'm comparing a tv more than 3X the cost of this one. Must be better hardware for smart tv, in the Sony. Overall great tv for the price.

Great TV able to connect to the internet

He asked if I wanted a smart TV which I didn't know what it was. He spent the time to show me the features. I use to stream Net Flicks from my computer. This is a great TV and I would buy it again. I only shop at Best Buy because of how well you treat your customers.

Great TV

Must have been really great since the sold out and couldnt deliver. talked to customer service and they upgraded me to this tv for the same price. This is a great tv. the picture is unbelievable. and its even better that i got it for almost half off.

Only downfall is it didn't come with the correct leg stands, so I had to buy a tv stand, but the manager was nice and as much as I didn't want to spend more money the manager gave me a good price for the stand. Overall customer service was great. They did what they could to make the customer leave happy.
