Love the quality and resolution on this TV. However I'm not that into tech so unfortunately any greater details I cannot provide. As a wife, this is exactly what the husband wanted.

Good TV for the Price

We had looked around for a while in consideration of which model to purchase. We were not looking for a top of the line 4k or borderless curved model but we still wanted a good TV. This was good choice. The only drawback was that it took way to long to set up the "smart" part of the TV. It is more painful than it should be.

Okay TV for the price

I've had to contact Samsung 3 times because the apps freeze, the screen goes black or I lose all function when trying to manually access the TV using the remote. Debating on exchanging the TV for a different model or brand.

I had one all picked out and then I saw the Samsung 48 inch smart TV and I knew I had to have it. It took a little getting used to but I am so glad I didnt get the tiny 32 inch!

Easy TV sell to parents living in the dark ages

They previously had a 32' box tv that took up too much space in their living room. They were very hesitant about the new TV, but when they saw how easy it was to set up and how beautiful the picture was, they were sold. They had no idea they were missing out.

We needed a smart TV for all the internet stuff such as Amazon, Netflix, etc. This TV supplied all our needs plus it has the Samsung excellence.

Great TV just not that smart

I do wish Samsung would continue to support the smart tv options. I keep getting notifications about a service being disabled or removed. That being said the 3D on the TV is great. I wish Netflix had more 3D options. The sound is good for the most part but I went for a sound bar which was a solid investment.
