Our TV went bad and we went to Best Buy because of their great selection of TV's. Samsung TV was on sale and has been perfect.

I've had this TV for about 15 months now and I've had no complaints. Great picture right out of the box. Its usually on about 12hrs a day and always a crystal clear picture. Even better when its in sports mode. The only Con is that its not an android-based TV.

Great pic,but can't get on the Internet half the time.

I was hesitant to get a Smart TV because I am just average on navigating through Apps-Screens. This very user friendly and has a 24 hour support telephone line. I do all my e-mail on the TV. I should note you have no Browser so unable to download. You also cannot print even with a wireless printer. Overall Its Great for my needs.

Got this TV for 250 bucks when I leased my Samsung Galaxy S7. Gotta tell you, it was a great deal. Love the smart hub option for my Netflix, Amazon and Hulu. Also has a pretty good picture. The sound could be a little better and it only has 2 HDMI inputs as well but I can deal with that for the bargain. All in all a good buy.

The TV is very nice looking. It's not living up to it's full potential right now & it's totally my fault at this juncture. I need help. I don't know if I should contact the Remote Management Service or geek squad or e-manuel. . .? Probably should start all over. Review rating will be 5+ as soon as I get it figured out.

Overall the TV is good, apps work great, and picture is OK. Not as great as another Samsung TV I have, but can't beat the price for that size screen. I have it in an office so it isn't used as much as other TV's, picture gets the job done for the purpose it serves.

Using this TV just for the internet, no antenna, satellite or cable. Works good, good picture, Smart TV functions a little slow, but not obnoxious. As with all flat panel TVs, this one really needs a sound bar. For the price, its a decent TV. I don't buy anything except Samsung TVs and haven't been disappointed yet.

Purchased open box and save some money. Great TV..will continue to purchase Samsung.

We bought this TV more for the dimensions than anything else, but were very surprised at the picture quality once we got it hooked up. The combination of DirecTV with this unit has produced amazing picture quality for us and I'd recommend this as a reasonably priced stunner.

I will be watching tv, and it will randomly go to a blank/ black screen with no sound, then come back on. Can't figure out why this is happening. However, when the tv is working, the picture quality is great. Lots of features. I would recommend the tv overall.

Overall, the TV is great. The picture and sound quality are better than others I've owned. The only thing I notice that prevented a 5-star rating is a slight shadow image. You can see sort of an echo of faces and things when people move on screen. It can be somewhat distracting at times, but other times is not noticeable.

The smart TV work amazingly well. It can connect to the internet with a cord or wirelessly, and if you have a good signal, everything loads up very fast. The screen is big and the resolution is phenomenal. Plus, it is a Samsung product - so you know it is top notch

Could use a better spot for hookups that would be out of the way of the wall mount

I am an IT Director for a company that has nearly 90 retail stores, and most of our locations have a lounge. This Samsung TV has been great in the last 10 locations I have installed it in. Easy setup, and the Smart TV functions are great. Will definately be purchasing another.

Go ahead and spend a few more bucks and get a sound bar for this TV, otherwise you'll constantly turning up the volume.

I find the associates at Bestbuy very helpful and I always purchase electronics from Bestbuy

i shoped around for pricing and Best Buy was 5% cheeper and always has good customer service
