I bought this TV on Black Friday based on friends' recommendations and customer reviews. It is my first smart TV and I am loving it. Since I don't have cable, this TV is perfect to watch Netflix, HBO, Hulu, Youtube ect.

great TV, Picture is much better than my 6 year old Plasma that this replaced. Remote is small do it make using the Apps a little difficult so with the money i saved maybe i'll buy am upgrade remote. Overall fine TV.

I received this TV when I purchased a Galaxy S7 Edge. The picture is beautiful. Setup was easy. The only thing lacking is a button on the remote that directly accesses the sleep timer. I would definitely recommend this TV.

TV is excellent and I got a samsung sound bar to go with it. Has everything I need in the way of HDMI jacks and is mounted on bedroom wall. Very clear and bright picture.

This was a gift we got for my sister & she loves it. It is smaller than i thought it would be but it's still nice. Best Buy is our place for everything. We would not go anywhere else. Especially geek squad plans, they are so beneficial. Best buy A+

I purchased this as a retirement gift for myself...my very first flat screen/smart TV. Great picture....sharp and clear and the 48" screen is perfect for a smaller living room. I highly recommend this product!

We have had this Samsung for about a year now and is still working well.

I purchased a Samsung UN48J5200 48" TV and after watching it for a total of 2 hours, it powered off while I was watching it and wouldn't come back on. I couldn't return it because I was one week past the 15 day return policy. It was sent out for repair and the main power board had to be replaced. 3 weeks later it comes back only to find that the entire frame of the TV is scratched. Obviously, when it was being repaired, the technician wasn't careful and laid it on something that scratched it. So Best Buy wanted me to bring the TV back again! I'm elderly and have to hire someone to get it down off the wall, put it back in the box and in my car so I told BB I wasn't going to hire someone again for another $100 to take it down and put it back up. After complaining for 20 min, they agreed to bring me a new TV, same model in exchange for the old one. This is what I wanted when it broke the first time!

This TV has a great picture, and it's large enough to see details from across the room. The wireless feature is great. It latched on to the home wifi and works well on Amazon Prime and Netflix. The sound could be better, but it's a good value for the price.
