Remote control doesn't work

The streaming interface is clunky and confusing next to what I am used to, Roku. Worst, though, the remote is practically worthless. I have changed batteries three times and still have to stand right in front of the TV and mash and mash and mash until, maybe, it will work.

Great tv...just don't have it shipped to your home

When we set it up for them, we were so disappointed because when we turned it on, there was no picture except looked like spiderwebs. I would not recommend having a tv shipped to home. Returned tv to Best Buy the next day with no problems. They had tv in stock and I set it up for my parents and worked perfect! They love it!
