Very quiet washer, but seems to go out of balance easy with bulky items like a duvet.

I love it, it’s so easy to use and really does the job of a dry cleaners in the comforts of your home.

This washing machine is HUGE! Has so many options. Have had it for a few weeks now and love it. The ONLY thing that I don't like about it is the cycle complete tone. It goes on forever! The only option I can find for it is to shut it off completely. Other than that, I love this washer!

Well so far the washer is great. My wife really likes it. The drum is very large so you can wash alot of clothes with no problem and The washer is very quit. 5he o ly issue us that since my wife is short it's hard for her to reach in and grab some of the clothes but other than that it's been a good washer

the samsung set definitely upgraded his laundry and are more efficient for at a price we could afford

This washer is a awesome and for such a reasonable price. Only complaint is you cannot pick your load size and water level.

...I'm very happy with my new washer. We owned a previous year's model from 2015 and were part of the safety recall. It was great to get a subsidy from Samsung but it def didn't cover the cost of this year's model. As it is, though, this washer exceeds all expectations for a top-load machine.

After reading a couple reviews I went ahead and bought the washer. Soo far I think the washer is an over kill for the amount of clothes I wash. But regardless it washes very good and I feel the fabric softener works very good when using this machine. I definitely would recommend this washer.

If you run it right, you’re good. We had someone use our washer, but they overloaded it and didn’t load properly. We were told it wasn’t working, but I’ve done several loads now and had no trouble. The biggest issue is reaching to the bottom. I’m short. Haha!

This washing machine is great I put dirty clothes and soap in and clean clothes is what comes out.

First HE washed. Takes a little longer than used to but uses much less water and does a great job.

Top loading Samsung washing machine has many features. I love the large capacity, the star energy saver. This washer will determine the water level to the wash load that you are doing. This feature will save on your water bill. The only bad feature is if you have short arms may be hard to reach clothes out of washer.

This washer cleans your clothes well if it's on normal or above setting. Not on quick wash. My biggest problem is that it gets unbalanced easily. It does have a self clean button that let's you know when it needs cleaning. I like that. You do need to keep the lid open so it doesn't mildew.

The light is amazing, helps me make sure I get all the laundry out and I don't leave any socks.

I like this washer because of its size. I can use 2 loads in one with this machine. Good for washing gueen size comforters . One thing i do not like is , when i use warm or hot water the steam comes out from the opening of the closed door to the electronic panel. I put a small towel on the crack of the opening just in case.
