great machine will recommend to all my friends epec. love the song it plays when done washing

I love this set! Never tried anything different but its quiet. And the song it plays when your clothes are done is cute and loud enough to hear it. It has a sensor that when drying it senses how much longer your clothes need to be 100 percent dry and that's really nice.

I've had this washer for a little over a month and it's been great. Very happy with my choice.

We had to replace our dryer, and went back and got the matching washer. Love both products.

Washer performing as it should with no problems. There was a learning curve compared to my previous Maytag but have it down now. Delivery wasn't great. Broke the handle off my cold water valve and left it on the dryer wit you telling me. Did not install the hot water hose I purchased and did not leave it either. Have been waiting for 2 weeks for them to come back to make repairs and install the missing hose as they missed their first appt. To do so without notice. Waited all afternoon for them. Hard to give positive reviews with such service

Bought this washer during their Memorial Day sale at a great price! The delivery and installation was also great. I've been using this washer for 6 months now and haven't had any issues with it. It does what it's supposed to do. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Very quiet, dry's thoroughly. Had one problem with the height of the machine and the setup in the back of the machine. In the back of the machine the hookup to the dryer vent kit is very ridged, it has no flexability causing the dryer to be to far away from wall. This is something that is unique to my situation.

I had a front loader that smelled of mold from almost day one. I wanted to get a top loader but was not sure where to start. This washing machine was priced right and got good reviews. it does a great job with little water. My only issue with the machine is when washing bedding and/or a lot of towels. I made the mistake of washing a double sized comforter and four towels together. After two hours and about 5 rinse cycles, I finally turned it off and separated the towels from the comforter to spin them separately. Doing both together messed up the machine's "sense of balance." It lets you know when it cannot balance a cycle of clothes but this does happen often when washing large items such as bedding.

Lots of features but takes a bit longer to go through a cycle. This is due to the load sensing that takes place at the beginning of the cycle. I have tried washing a king size comforter, sheet set, and blanket at the same time and it cleaned very well and spun most of the water out!

Makes washing clothes simple and easy. I wish I would have upgraded my washer much sooner!

The geek squad was supposed to call me and let me know of their arrival time but they did not called until I called a couple times. They finally arrived about an hour later than my original appointment time and install every thing. washer works good, no vibration, very quiet and energy saver too. I like it .

This washer is awesome for large, quiet, water saving movement. There is no center cylinder, so movement is wave-like. Throw carpets, towels, blankets, towels, are fresh now, along with wardrobe items. We love it! For low back patients, this is a stand up and load machine.

We are currently enjoying the great washing and savings from this unit. We just love it.

We purchased this washer without much research, the local Best Buy provided options and insight. We purchased and this machine has been great. We had a large capacity before but this one is huge, several cleaning options, love a solid top loader.

Haven’t received the washer yet but in store looked really nice that’s why I bought it
