This is very quiet!! And love the chiming at the end to left me know the cycle is finished. Another convenience is the lid does not slam shut.. I was worried about that but I guess this she be expected for as much as you pay.. #AllTheChimsAndWhistles

This is our second Samsung washer. The first was in a house that we recently sold. When moving into our new house, we decided to purchase the washer similar to what we had. We are pleased with its performance so far. Quiet, very large capacity, and cleans clothing well.

Love it! Really like that it sets the water levels! Takes the guesswork out. Like the song it plays letting you know when the cycle is finished. Nice large capacity. Only drawback is if you are not tall clothes are hard to reach. Bought a reacher to solve that problem!

This top loader works like a front loader no agitator. After having a front loader for the last 9yrs. its's different. Get the clothe out of the washer is a little hard unless you have a good reach. My wife has to use a step ladder. Only real downfall about it. Love the music that tells you the wash is down.

I just love this washer. Totally awesome for my new addition and for the family’s use.

I'm really satisfied with this washing machine. It's HUGE!!! One thing to make sure of, is you can reach the bottom- not going to lie, I have to use kitchen tongs!! But, it's huge, does a good job washing and makes fun little noises when the load is done!!

Selected this brand new Samsung washer for my parents! very happy with this purchase.

So far it works so much better than my LG washer. Clothes just come out better. One small thing , well if you are short like me it's a good yoga stretch to get clothes out of bottom. Not impossible but a good stretch. Worth it because the out come is so much better

same with the washer...was really my only option unless I wanted to wait, but it does dry clothes fast!

We bought this model after our 2014 Samsung washer was recalled. Instead of repairing the washer, they offered us a fairly decent rebate on buying a new one. Here's to hoping they have those issues corrected after 4 years. So far working great...

I would definitely recommend this washer to anyone that is in the market for a new washer. We like the top loading aspect as it is easy to add clothes after the cycle has started. Also, it is very efficient in the amount of water that is used.

I was worried I had bought too large of washer, but it does a great job on small loads as well as large. My only complaint is that the extra rinse cycle does not work, just keeps filling and emptying and doesn't alert you . I decided just not to use it as I am happy with the machine otherwise.

Much like any other washer, this cleans clothes. But this washer does it with a press of a button on my phone. The only thing it's missing is a way to get the clothes from the washer to the dryer without me and it would be perfect.

We love this washing machine so far. It was a great deal and has many settings!

Im single but have huge blankets from mexico.i collect them i have over 40 some worth 300.00 i hated trips to laundry mat.just to use the triple washers.i had over 25 that needed washing..i washed arpunf the clock first month.its great.

We replaced an older top loader. This one is very efficient and gets this clean. I love the delay start feature. The only thing it is missing is a sanitize feature but you can manipulate the settings to create your own similar setting.

So far we are pleased with our new top load washer. No balance problems during spin cycle which I originally worried about. We like it better than our previous front load washer. Installers were very professional and knew their stuff.

have had this washer for about 30 days. Clothes come out clean and spin cycle really spins clothes out to help with drying time. My old washer would leave spots of detergent on my clothes and so far my clothes have come out perfect!!

I love the washer . It is a lot of room in it. I can wash my comforter in it.
