I love this washer, it’s quiet you could load a very large load of clothes in it. It seems to perform much faster wash then any washer I’ve ever had,cloths are extremely clean. I love all the digital settings, so easy to use. Why?

The champagne color is very pleasing. The washer itself does a very good job of getting my laundry clean. My granddaughter does her baby clothes and they come really clean. The tub is deep enough to fit my king size comforter easily. Worth the money, Samsung made a great product.

Very easy to use and has good features. Cleans clothes exceptionally well even on cold wash. I love the feature that allows you to connect the washer to your phone, notifying you when the wash cycle is up or if there are any problems.

I am Loving this washer! I can put so much in it and control it with my phone too. How cool is that. It's so quiet and quick. Definitely will recommend this to everyone I know for sure!

I love my washer! I bought it in the champagne color. I did a lot of research before purchasing this because this was my first washer purchase. I was stuck between LG or Samsung.I feel like most of these bad reviews are from LG lovers. I was worried with the bad reviews about Samsung washers and I’m glad I didn’t listen to them and went with Samsung. I have not experienced any of this issues. The drum is huge! This could definitely wash a queen/king size comforter. I make sure not to over stuff the washer and put it on the correct settings. I have no leaking, shaking, or error messages like the other reviews. The champagne is a beautiful color! I love the black but was worried about scratches. I ended up buying the dryer also! If you are over thinking purchasing this washer I would say to buy it! My clothes come out smelling clean every time.

This has been seriously so amazing so far! It's idiot proof! And when you use the ap with it) smart things) it takes the guess work out of all the settings! It runs a bit longer than our old washer, but that's because: "The reason that modern clothes washers (and dish washers) have such long cycles is an effort to wash using less water. This conserves both water and energy (because less energy is used to heat less water). ... Modern washers us a small fraction of the water, and much more time to achieve the same result." so just get used to it and give yourself a bit more time. Anywho, the cloths come out FAR CLEANER than our old machine, and it's SUPER SUPER QUIET! worth every penny, the Samsung.

We have had this same washer at our last house for five years and had to re purchase it for our new home! It fits so much and does a great job washing our clothing and bedding and everything else. Obsessed with it!

This is by far the best washing machine I have ever owned. It is so quiet you can’t hear it running the majority of the time and clothes come out softer and really clean. Love the deep wash for blankets and bedspreads. A must buy!

Very quiet and efficient. I kove the smart control that syncs with the dryer and automatically sets the proper dryer setting from the type of wash cycle selected

I bought the washer and dryer. I love the washer its large on the inside and there are way more options you can use. The one problem i have is when using normal cycle mode when setting the spin cycle it wont let me set it for the 3rd position i can do 1 2 then it jumps to 4and 5 not sure why that is other than that easy to use really so far no complaits the dryer however is apparently on backorder which i did not know about when purchasing have waited a month still has not been dilivered. I do also love the lines for the washer seems to be pretty sturdy and well put together.

I purchased both the washer and dryer, and I love them. I needed something that wasn’t basic, and they are far from basic. Beautifully, smooth, quiet, and efficient.

My husband and I bought this for our siblings as a house warming gift. They were beyond happy!!! They love how big it is. How smooth it runs. Easy set up!

Love the choice of minimal water or deep fill. Multiple wash cycles fit all needs. Clothes are super clean. Large capacity tub is perfect for bedding.

Great washer for 4 dogs + 1 teenager household! We received it quickly, though the delivery team was a little less careful than I would have liked, all in all it was seamless. I have two cats, four dogs, and a teenage daughter. We ALL SHED. This washer effectively gets all the "yuck" off everything from scatter rugs to dog beds to clothing and I have to admit I am in the camp of "replace your washer every ten years" because MAN can you ever tell the difference in cleanliness once you are forced to get a new one. This has a really large and deep basket, the impeller works great, and I like that it tells you to self clean every 20 cycles. Also, neat feature of a push button to add cold water to the drum without turning the cycle on, for instance if you wanted to put soap in the drum first THEN add items to wash. It's MUCH smaller than my prior front loader so it frees up space in the laundry room and it's lightweight yet sturdy, no rocking, etc. It IS a little sensitive to load balance so you cannot just pile it totally full - I would definitely recommend smaller more frequent loads as that's the most effective. And it uses something like 50% less water than a standard or front loader (which i'll never go back to) so you are not being environmentally UNfriendly by doing so. Saving up to buy the matching dryer next!

I like the clear top and large capacity. Easy to use and install with lots of options. It does shake at the end just have to make sure the legs are tight.

We exchanged another top load for this one and are so glad we did. The one slightly annoyance with it is the finish cycle sound which is more like a whole song! It does what it needs to do. The clothes are clean, very efficient, and have plenty of new features! I do like getting notifications when the washer is done, and the ability to run another rinse cycle if your clothes sit too long is great!

This washer and dryer set is probably the best thing ive ever purchased. Its integrated into all of my smart devices and alexa will take care of everytbing besides loading the clithes, including making sure we have laundry soap. I did my entire house of laundry in 2 loads, and tbey came out cleaner than ever. 10 out of 10 if i could! Amazing purchase.

Love my new washer and dryer set. I prefer not to set them up with smart home manager. The appearance is beautiful the washer and dryer are not only visually appealing but they are quiet. I am a gadget person and these have been enjoyable.
