Easy to use very big for crothing i recommend this samsung

This is my first smart washer, however ive had a fancy whirlpool and ritsy Kohler, this is awesome! I originally was skeptical on the smart portion of it but changing the settings and such is very easy on the smart things app! Delivered to the sidewalk a few hours ago and im alrwady caught up thanks to the large capacity on this puppy!

The tub is quite wide, much larger than the previous washing machine that was front load, it is silent, the pre-wash cycle is very convenient. The only disadvantage I have is that for my size it is somewhat deep and I have to jump to be able to take out the clothes at the end of the cycle

Problem is 8 years in everything but the stainless steel tub rusts so with every load of clothing small pieces of rust are deposited on the washed clothes. See photo with white wash cloths and pieces of tiny rust.

The best machine ever, washes with very little effort… you can put evened out 15 towels

I love it I’m just short and hard to get stuff off bottom but I love the top load and just throw the whole basket in washer is so easy cleaning blankets too great

Cleans well, works well. I like the many cycle choices and the deep fill option. I use the deep fill when washing small dog beds. If not, the machine will not spin out the water. It was a learning process but easy to figure out.

Great machine!! It's so quiet! Large enough to wash a comforter. So far, very pleased with this purchase.

I had a Samsung 5.0 for several years. The new Samsung is the best. The price and quality of the machine is better than ever before. It’s very quiet, the delayed wash is a winner. I set the timer for 3 hours and am able to start the wash while at work. I appreciate the Geek Squad for help with set up. I feel like my clothes are cleaner and would recommend it to anyone.

I’ve had it for 2 months and I love it! I can put everything in one load without a problem, including my comforter that broke my previous washer. The only downside is that it takes about 90 minutes for big loads and 54 for regular loads. It’s not a problem because I am always doing things close to home.
