The combo washer/dryer is very nice. However, the process of getting it functional in our home was not. The first time it was delivered, the delivery person advised us not to accept it because it was in poor condition. When the second unit arrived, the installation was faulty the unit leaked and vibrated terribly. The next day, a Geek Squad repair team addressed the issues. They discovered a metal part that somehow ended up in the unit. They removed it, dealt with the leak and used a level to properly see that the unit was level- it was not. Now the unit is fine. I have called BestBuy support on multiple occasions to see about a resolution. The last time I called the BestBuy line, the agent stated that he would address the issues, put me on hold and the call was disconnected-the agent never called me back! What a cluster!

Great Washer/Dryer Combo! Space saver and is next level with everything it provides! AI washer and Dryer makes it so amazing! I would recommend highly if you’re looking for a great washer and dryer combo that sales time and space!

To be clear, I love the washer/drier combo and its functionality. It works brilliantly and has been a valued purchase. I would highly recommend it.
My horrible experience stems from the Best Buy customer service, communication and delivery processes, as described below. Buyer BEWARE -- from the moment I purchased the product and the associated pedestal, there were significant complications. I have NEVER written a negative review (or any review for that matter), but sadly this is the only forum I can locate to voice these concerns.
The product was very new when I ordered it (on the showroom floor for just a couple of weeks), so the in-store team placed the order as a "pick-up" while they located a physical item, at which point they were planning to call me to coordinate delivery and installation. After several weeks of silence, I reached out to Best Buy customer service. Come to find out, it is PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE to contact one's local store and speak to the employees that made the original sale. The customer service employees could not comprehend why I was questioning DELIVERY of a "pick-up" order, despite the above explanation to multiple different representatives. I begrudgingly returned to the local store to speak with the salesmen and obtain their personal emails for communication moving forward.
The delivery team arrived to deliver and install the equipment, but, to their surprise, the pedestal was not on the truck. After another phone call / email rodeo, we learned that the pedestal was on backorder, and would arrive in 4-6 weeks... a new delivery date was scheduled.
On that date, I again left work, met the drivers at home, and cleared out my laundry closet. Shockingly, they informed me that this was a "delivery-only" order, meaning they did not have the ability to actually INSTALL the pedestal. They recognized that it would be physically impossible for me to lift a 400lb washer to install the base, but were forced to leave it sitting in the garage.
With the same communication difficulties, I returned to the Best Buy store for the third time, discussed the issues with a very nice salesperson (who informed me that the prior two employees were no long employed by Best Buy, explaining the radio silence of the preceding weeks). An INSTALLATION appoint was scheduled for today.
Today, I again left work, met the driver, cleared out the laundry closet, and watched them set the very heavy all-in-one unit on top of the pedestal (which was the exact width and color of the machine). They immediately noted that the pedestal was incorrect -- it was too shallow and the back feet of the machine did not align with the stand.
They connected me with customer service via phone, who listened to the saga and informed me that Best Buy does not sell the correct pedestal for this washing machine unit. I found this hard to believe, as it is depicted on the website and is on display in the store. The only option she offered was to schedule yet another home visit for a NEW team of drivers to pick up the pedestal for return. I implored her to allow this team of men take the incorrect product, in hopes of avoiding yet another disruptive in-home appointment, but she said that was not possible due to 'timing and logistics". I explained to her that this was my THIRD time adjusting my schedule to meet delivery workers and if customer service was their goal, they were grossly missing the mark. Unsurprisingly, another appointment was scheduled for next week.
Still not believing that the correct pedestal was unavailable through Best Buy. I did my own research on Samsung's website and over the phone with Samsung customer service. I located the correct model number for them. As it turns out, the incorrect pedestal was ordered from the start, but was not recognized by any employee or customer representative despite a myriad of issues, appointments, calls, and re-orders.
As it stands, after 55 minutes on the phone, I have been able to order the correct item AND schedule a delivery, installation, and return of the wrong pedestal. Fourth time's a charm.
There has been zero compensation for the HOURS of time I have spent navigating this issue, coordinating appointments, leaving work, and adjusting my busy professional schedule for the Best Buy team -- for this I am disappointed and will make every effort to purchase future appliances elsewhere.

I love this machine!!! It makes my life so easy for work... I dont have to wait to load it in te dryer. I just put it in before I go to bed and bam its done in the morning

First, I want to say that we couldn't be happier with Best Buy's delivery service of our Samsung 5.3 cu ft Bespoke AI Vented Laundry Combo unit. They were prompt and delivered item undamaged. So far, we are very pleased with the unit and washing/drying capability. Time will tell if the product remains to be worth the $$$ tag, but am very exited to have the extra space for our bath remodel that swapped out a shower stall with a full size tub to meet the needs of a full second bath for a growing household full of girls with two dogs.

A washer/dryer combo would not have been my first choice, but I needed a large capacity washer and dryer that fit a relatively small space. This ended up being the best option. So far I've been very happy with it. It's quiet and cleans clothes well. It handles bulky items like large dog beds well. It does struggle to dry loads of mixed weight fabrics fully. Often jeans and other heavy weight fabrics are slightly damp. It is also annoying to remove or adjust items mid drying cycle because the machine keeps the door locked to run a "cool" cycle after the dryer is paused.

It took a while to get this product. I had it delivered and the first one didnt work. It kept giving me a leaking error. So I couldnt wash clothes. So I had to get another one delivered. It took over 2 weeks to get a new working machine. After the first one that was delivered and later discovered to be broken, I had to schedule a swap. The swap they brought was a damaged one. So I needed another reservation, they forgot to put it on the truck. So I had to wait AGAIN. So like I said it took over two weeks for me to get a working machine. But now that I have it, its ok.

Love it so far. I choose this Samsung - 5.3 cu. ft. Bespoke AI Vented Smart All-In-One Washer/Electric Dryer Combo with AI Home - Brushed Black due to limited space for two separate unit washer and dryer. Done a feed loads and love how quiet it is and my clothes are clean and fresh! Only down side is I am not sure where or how to add my drying sheets. Great purchase so far. Had it only 4 days now.

Best Buy knocked it out of the park. The sales person help me make the right decision on the right unit which have been very happy with. Did have an issue with the original one, but they got crew out to change it out. No problems been using this one now over a month no issues works great.

I enjoy using the all in one machine. Sometimes the load is not dried thoroughly; an item or 2 of clothing will be stuck at the back of the drum and not spin with the rest of the load. There was a product upgrade after the manual that came with my machine was printed which made it quite difficult to find the answers I needed. Subsequent calls to Samsung were extremely frustrating... either I was misunderstood, or I was passed on to another agent who specialized in the problem the current agent thought I had. Still not completely satisfied with the support available or how to use and/or program my machine.

First of all, they are Beautiful.. my only little downside. Is there a little bit bigger than normal. And I don’t have a very big washroom, but besides that truly amazing. Really helps out moms. Because now I can have the children do the chores, and I don’t have to worry that the clothes will stink if they don’t take it out.

Such a great product! the convenience of just letting one machine do it all and the capacity is perfect! Large enough to do comforters and large items, not to mention the space saving to your laundry room. Highly recommended to anyone trying to save space and does a lot of laundry.

1 month use and it cleans and dries perfectly. This tech is spot on and delivers what it advertises. Very impressive. Make sure you check the weight of this machine, you won’t want to ever move it.
