Stove is amazing. We have had it almost a year now with no problems. Definitely a must buy! Only thing to note is those presets are whatever temperatures you make them, it is not just a magic pizza and bread proofing button with the "perfect temperature " setting. Lol.

Had installation rescheduled because I needed shut-off valve. So naturally I was last installation of the day, a week later. I was given a window of 7 am to 1 pm, and they showed at 12:58 pm. The guys that did the installation left the un-opened tube of soapy water (to test for gas leaks) on my kitchen counter - I really didn't expect much more. I like the stove, I bought extra protection plan, so hopefully I will get a few years out of this.

Excellent stove! It is a huge step up from our 14 year old Amana. Love the five burner top and the convection oven. Looking forward to trying the dehydrator function and bread proofing. The set up and switch over to propane was extremely easy and all the mixer balances were set perfectly.

This stove works great and we love it we especially love the convection oven it cooks food fast and efficiently and I had the best experience with Best Buy and all of their efforts to help me to get and receive my stove as quickly as they possibly could and I heavily appreciate that.

I love my new stove. I only wish I had gotten smudge proof. I will live with it. It was very easy to use. After having my old stove for 28 years, (that worked great until the computer on it, wouldn't turn the oven on. lol) I was very happy with the people who installed it as well. Very professional. All in all. Thanks best buy. One happy customer. I would have given 5 stars except for the smudge proof, which was my error.

We decided to replace our 23yr old working range which had nothing wrong with it. What a difference. My Samsung is much more efficient, heats up quicker and cooks more evenly. The convection mode has re-ignited my love for baking. It's an excellent value for the money.

So happy with this stove. Switched from an older electric stove and this seems to heat so evenly. The oven warms quickly and the middle griddle versatility is fantastic! Got a good deal with delivery included, install price was reasonable and took away the stress of doing it myself.

The oven bakes good and the variety of burner sizes is nice. The oven is hug. The bottom drawer is small, but I'm glad there is a drawer. The only issue I have is cleaning the stove top to get rid of the smudges after cleaning. Maybe there is a cleaner that I don't know about?

Nice stove! Easy to use and clean the stovetop and oven controls. The user manual does not explain the “easy mode” oven settings. Oven light comes on automatically when door is opened which is nice, but there is no way to turn it on to check foods through the window.

Not surprised or disappointed by the performance of this range. It does what it's advertised to do. Cook, Roast, Bake,Re-heat, etc... I could have purchased a less or more expensive range, but in the end they all do the same thing depending on the skill of the operator!

I love my new Samsung Gas Convection Oven and matching overhead microwave. I just started a food blog and I really needed a new stove. The sales rep at Best Buy was super helpful and informative. I went into the store and bought 3 new appliances that were delivered less than a week later, There was a sale after my purchase and my salesperson literally remembered me and charged back my debit card for all 3 appliances. I AM truly Blessed! The LG dishwasher is the 3rrd appliance I purchased. I love it too. I won't lie it was not installed properly the first time and it was leaking. The service repair call was 10 days later which I thought was not right, but once that repair team installed it correctly the dishwasher is silent and doing a great job cleaning my heavy loads. So happy with my beautiful new appliances and looking forward to creating amazing recipes in my kitchen and blogging about them.

This stove is a huge improvement from the stove it replaced. We cooked all of our holiday meals on it and they came out great. The stove top is very useful and convenient. The color is just right, we have gotten many compliments on how it looks in the kitchen.

Although it’s a only been a little over a month, at this point I must say I’m really surprised at the quality and features. Was a little skeptical on purchasing Samsung for appliances but I would highly recommend them for ranges and microwaves.

Got this convection model for $720 a year ago, what a steal. Love the oven and also love the efficiency of the stove top. Oven buttons are clear and easy to push. Check your gas company to see if there is a rebate.

Works as I would assume it would. First time stainless user, they sure don’t hide fingerprints, water-spots, and smudges as well as white appliances do. I replaced because wife said the old didn’t cook at right temp, chicken under cooked at same settings on this new one. I think all ovens under $1,000 have a 25-30deg temperature swing. I think she just wanted the stainless look.

I bought this stove in a hurry, as my stove blew out the Thursday before Christmas. I’m so glad that I chose this one. It was easy to install, easy to use and looks great next to my stainless steel refrigerator. It’s also a nice size. I love it!!

It heats water up so fast! Easy hook up. Stainless steel does get dirty however
