We didn’t really need a new stove but this one spoke to us. It’s beautiful and so precise compared to our old gas stove - we can actually simmer things now!

This stove replaced one I had from 1968 so just the updates of a new stove make this one a winner. It bakes evenly and I like having a choice of burner size & output. The dehydrating setting worked well drying herbs. The enamel top surface is easy to clean completely and I like that you can see at a glance that the burners are all turned off with the red band on the knob. I haven't tried the self cleaning feature yet.

This Samsung stove is the best! It's easy to clean, very sleek in the look and great for big or small dishes!

Handsome stove. Some may not find this important but we did.. The knobs feel solid on this stove. They have some weight to them and turn nicely. Easy to install.

My last stove, also purchased from BB, was a Whirlpool. The oven was noisy from the get go and needed costly repairs twice in the years I owned it. My Samsung is quiet, ignites immediately and does a fabulous job.

This range has the appearance of a 'high end' appliance, yet proved to be very affordable at the sale price. Delivery and installation was superior to many things I have previously had to get for the home. Congrats, Best Buy on Oxford Dr in Bethel Park, PA, Cedric and Kas (spelling?) far exceeded my expectations, don't let them go! I have now had the opportunity to use the range for a month, and despite having to refer to the instruction manual a few times, now manage both oven and convection features without a pause. Figuring which burners were best for which size pot took a couple of tries, but that was an easily solved dilemma. The only peculiarity that does need a 'work around' is the silent timer. The first few times I used the timer while baking, I thought I must have not heard the beeper once the timer had reached the minutes set. After checking the index, I realized the timer is supposed to beep at conclusion of the baking period, and this range has a special or silent one. It simply was not worth it to me to go through the aggravation of having a repairman come to the house, (or plan for delivery of another range, no matter how wonderful the delivery people had been!).

Item arrived on time with great service with the install. Stove works perfect, I would recomend to all.

Want to love the new range it’s beautiful, multi-talented, and precise but the oven vents through the backsplash and the back burners. Generates a lot of heat.

DIY installation was easy. I could nowhere find information if oven is gas or electric and to my disappointment is electric. Otherwise very nice.
