Had range for less than 5 months, finish on the stove top grates is coming off, and the finish on the range top is pitted and starting to bubble. Samsung sent out a technician, who sent photos to Samsung, who stated that they do not cover cosmetic flaws. I additionally called Samsung myself and spoke to a supervisor ( Antonio)...got the same answer. So after less than 5 months the stove looks worse than the old one we replaced after 15 years. Very disappointed, and sorry that we replaced all of the appliances with Samsung!

We bought this range to replace an 8 year old Jenn-Air that was going to cost more to repair than was practical. After reading the online reviews, we selected this Samsung model. We already have a Samsung washer/dryer pair and have been more than satisfied and were hoping for the best. The features on this range are great! Oven has convection, which the old Jenn-Air didn't; the "blue light" around the cook top knobs, which we originally thought was a gimmick, is REALLY cool! It's easy to clean and heats fast. Only wish the optional griddle wasn't so expensive.

Absolutely Beautiful. This Range is a pleasure to cook on . It has all of the bells and Whistles. the buttons for the stove portion light Indigo blue to let you know at a glance if the stove is on. the oven chimes when it reaches your desired temp. and it also has an auto shut off if you have it set for a preset cooking time

Love the stove top, it has 5 burners. The oven is convection and easy to use, bakes great. The controls were easy to learn. My only thing I would critique is the range knobs stick out a bit to far and too easy to accidentally push. Other than that we love it and would recommend it.

Love this range but the coating doe not do well with normal usage. The top of my range is scratched after having this only 1 day. I am so disappointed with the Black coating. It just comes right off with regular cleaning. I would NOT recommend the Black Stainless Steel coating! I would recommend the range!!!

This gas range has everything you'd want. Convection, self cleaning, accuracy and a great griddle burner. The finish is also beautiful.

Oven preheats quick. Like the lights on knobs so we don’t forget to turn the burners off. Like that you can really crank the burners up or go really low for a nice simmer. Window in door is huge and convection helps cook things perfect. The only thing I noticed I wasn’t fond of is the burner grates are kind of rough and scratch the paint off some of my pans if I move them around.

I’ve only used this oven a few times, and I have to say that I’m totally in love with it! Usually I would just buy the base model, but since I use my oven the most, I wanted a little upgrade this time. This was TOTALLY worth it! Not only is the oven sleek and stunning, but I’ve already noticed a HUGE difference with the convection!!! Things are coming out more evenly cooked, a difference I noticed right away!

Really like the stove and features .. very large oven and storage drawer is nice to have . The only negative thing so far is the nobs for turning in on come on way to easy even if you just bump them

This range is a very nice looking product that works very well although we haven't yet used it for baking. Installation was easy. The only downside we have seen so far is that the spacing between the bars of the grates above the front burners is set for large pans. That's appropriate because the front burners are the high power burners. Unfortunately, if you are using a little pan on a back burner and want to move the pan to an unoccupied front burner, maybe just to put the hot pan there for a few minutes, the little pan will tend to tilt down into the grating.

This is definitely an excellent quality range for the price. Easy to use control panel and great design. We purchased it on a Black Friday sale and received a great price and payment terms. However the Cyber Monday deal was even better so my advice is to wait a few days and save some $$$.

We got the new Range and Oven on 12/2 so we have not used all of its functions. All burners are working. Have not used the oven but you have to turn it on initially. Wife loves the Tuscan color.

Really like my range. The agent at the store was very patient and let us look at other options without getting impatient with us. Wish it had a manual with it. Delivery people were very nice and efficient.

Absolutely love this range! It far exceeded my expectations. This thing is full of options and features but my favorite is the knock on the oven glass to turn on the light, it’s awesome!

A couple of features jumped out at me. First they corrected a design flaw in our previous Samsung were spillovers from the cook top could drip down the face of the oven door and into the door vents (and then into the space between the glass window. Impossible to clean unless you disassembled the door. The grates on this model also seem heavier. My favorite feature is the knobs for the cook top burners actually illuminate when "on", you have a visual que in case the gas is not ignited. Also seems a little easier to keep clean then our last one was.
