After first use, the cook top was marqued, very disapointed

Was happy with my oven until 14 months after delivery the black stainless steel coating is peeling off by the oven door handle. NOT happy! I bought the matching refrigerator and am waiting for that to start peeling!!! What ever happened to quality workmanship? It’s all about profit and NOT about the satisfaction of consumers! Beyond disappointed.....

I’ve owned this junk for 14 months. Have used it for about 11 months. Last night the larger burners outer element went out. I heard a zzzzzip and then it went out. Didn’t even last a year of use. We bought a Samsung oven, microwave, dishwasher and a counter depth fridge. We have already had to have the main board in our Samsung microwave replaced. I will never buy another Samsung appliance.

Love the oven so far... but I have been calling and leaving messages with the insurance company and I’m not getting any calls back about the status of repairing my floor from install. I was supposed to hear back weeks ago.

I cooked on this stove for 3 days and the cook top looked like something exploded inside the glass. Luckily I called Best Buy right away and they brought me another one. Except, I've cooked on the new one 2 days and it's starting to look the same way!!

In the price range this might be the best looking range. I initially ordered a different unit from a different site, similar price, but it arrived damaged. I could've just ordered an identical replacement, but up close that one was rather plain, almost ugly. So I returned it and went back to shopping. This model has a premium look and feel, very lovely. I've already used most features, I like how one of the timers actually turns off the oven. Convection oven works great, but you might need to adjust time and temp on some delicate items (which will bake faster and might require a lower temp, saving you some energy). Made a great pork roast, some cookies and cakes, couldn't be happier. The fast boil hobs are very powerful - I have a 1500 watt induction plate and the range hobs boiled water much faster (they are 3000 watts, so no wonder!). I haven't seen any major issues with keeping it clean, but it's true that the polished glass shows smudges a bit easier than similar stoves with slightly textured glass. But the overall quality and look is IMHO worth it. Maybe loses half a star on the score :) It's also true that the storage drawer is a bit shallow, but that's because the oven is larger than average! Worth pointing out, but not worth subtracting points, IMO.

DO NOT BUY!!! I have had this product for three years, and best buy has had to replace it once already. First off, this is made of CHEAP materials. The glass is trash, and the black metal is chipping off everywhere! Spend your money on something else.

I have been around awhile and I have owned smooth top stoves since they first came on the market. I have had very very expensive, middle price range and lower price range. Some were different manufacturers. I have not had this a very long time yet, however, I read some neg comments every where from plastic knobs, to washing the top, to complaints about the fast boil. All I can say is I downloaded and read the manual before I even purchased. I went straight to Samsung.com. Best Buy had some mistakes on their description, so I called and asked Samsung. Best Buy specs said it had no clock; of course it does. BB is correcting that. It had one other error in description. It said the bottom drawer had room for pots and pans. It does not. They took from drawer to make oven bigger. I love that. The drawer fits all my lids beautifully. So, all I can say to some naysayers...read the manual first. I have had no problem. I LOVE this range. It proofs bread, it dehydrates food, it has presets for roasts etc. It has keep warm in oven and a keep warm on stove. The plastic knobs are thick and are nicer than previous stoves. Most stoves use plastic knobs. The quick boil worked great. It is not going to boil in 30 seconds. The top wipes off beautifully, if you follow the directions. You must use the proper type pans, and do not scrape pans around the surface. If it is difficult for someone to learn proper use, or do not want to; then they should get gas or the old fashion burners. I have never been so impressed (so far) with this stoveI and I have had many models. Read the instructions! I will review again when I have it several more months.

First, the convection oven is generally faster than the conventional mode. It heats quickly, both stove and oven. It has been very easy to learn how to use it.

Again I and my wife are still learning to use it. I have to say it heats up fast and is fairly easy to use although I am looking forward to using the convection oven.

Oven works great. Stovetop is difficult to get completely clean but it’s presentable. The paint is peeling on the door above the handle and looks terrible. Samsung will do nothing but send me a jar of paint for 60 plus dollars. Never will I buy Samsung again.

We recently bought a new home and the stove that was in the house was 14 years old and beyond repairing/cleaning. I had a gas stove over the past 8 years so I wasn't sure what to get for electric. I did quite a bit of research and learned that for my wants/needs, this was going to be the perfect stove for me. I'm a bit old school in that I like knobs more than push button anything and the knobs on this stove are sturdy and are easy to turn and adjust. It's incredible easy to use and the black stainless looks really sharp and really brings the whole kitchen together. The glass top does look a little streaky at times, but I just use a little water and a soft rag and it comes up. Tip? Never use Windex on your flat top! It can leave a residue and make it more streaky. I'm still trying to tweak my recipes for convection vs. conventional recipes but this is a great stove and very user friendly.

After cooking on a gas cooktop for 21 years, then buying a house with a standard electric range and using it for 3+ years, I decided to go back to a glass top range for ease of cleaning. improved appearance and extra food prep area. I chose this range after reading evaluations on Consumers Reports and having already been pleased with other Samsung appliances that I own.. I have no regrets after buying this range.

The convection oven is nice and the appearance is good. The installation crew did a fine job. My only complaint is a stain that could not be removed when a breaded shrimp fell off a cookie sheet onto the floor of the oven. We immediately tried to clean up the spill but to no avail. Even the steam cleaning was not successful. This would not have happened with our old stove.

Great looking range and works very well. Heats up fast and easy to clean.

I am so thrilled to have an operating range in my kitchen again.This Samsung stove has so many wonderful features that make cooking a pleasure. And the price of my new Samsung Range was such a good deal. I used the convection oven for the first time last week-end, and the cake that I baked was so moist, and high. I am looking forward to baking for Thanksgiving.

Love the stove top appearance and amazed at how quick it heats up. Performs great.

We finally decided to purchase a new range with our old one being close to 15 years old. Love the stainless steel and that the knobs are on the back as we have 4 little ones. The convection oven is such a big boost!!! Cooks the food faster and much more evenly. The only thing that will takes some effort is to clean the glass top. The burners have good spacing. Overall great range that we got for a great price on sale. Best Buy delivered and found out that our electrical box for the plug in was not up to code. The delivery crew scheduled an electrician to come out the following week and they were very professional and cost way cheaper than other quotes we got from 2 other companies. Brew our expectations out of the water. Thank You!
