his is a great product. Beautiful design. Easy to use. Fits perfectly in the space and the color is very modern. The installation process was extremely easy and the superb team of Best Buy installers got it done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this product.

So far so good, been using it for about 2 weeks. My only qualm is that the glass top scuffs up easily. Love how it looks and couldn’t beat the price.

I love it. Works great, heats up so much faster than my old stove. Easy clean up. I like how the element is inside the stove in the oven, so no worries about messes burning it out. The keep warm feature is useful tool as well.

This is a great mid-priced range. The 5 burners make it easier to cook complete meals at once. The self-cleaning feature is a back saver. It looks attractive and is very easy to use.

Took several months to arrive. The day of arrival the local store told me it would be another month - but they came. Glad I was home. Professional installation and removal. Nice stove. Easy to operate. Had it for a little over a month - no scratches yet! Easy to clean. But like most electric ovens I have had - looses heat as it cooks. Just plan for it and you will be okay. I'll loose 50 degrees in 30 mins. I have no idea where the heat goes-not the house-so I assume it's the oven. The stove works great. Heats quickly. For the price-not bad-not great. I would recommend with the above caveats.

Good looking range.I looked for a while for a set to put in my cabin and I liked this one and so far it looks great and has performed greatly.

My 60+ year old oven recently broke so I had to purchase a new one. After a lot of research I found the Samsung to be a well-made quality unit. Some other brands of lower cost were lower quality so you must look at them in person. The bottom storage drawer is sturdier than on most others and has finished edges. To cut costs others left sharp raw metal edges that can cut a hand. The size of the oven is large. If you follow the pre-use instructions there is an initial smell but it did not linger or continue like other reviews of competitor brands. I love it! The only thing that bothered me was I was forced to buy the black stainless steel in order to get it in a couple days. Otherwise, I would have had to order the stainless steel and wait 8.5 weeks without a stove. The black stainless steel cost is $90 higher for the exact same thing and it is only on the 3 areas that you see in the photo (top control panel, oven handle, drawer). The sides are painted black.

Good but basic range. It is good looking and adds to the kitchen decore. Knobs are sturdy and the digital panel is simple enough to use with ease.

I’m really enjoying the new oven. The stove top heats up quickly and cooks fast. The black stainless steel color fits perfectly with my other appliances.

Well, I’ve never been a fan of electric stoves, but my house didn’t have a gas connection and I didn’t think it was worth the hook-up. While the sleek look and easy clean-up of a glass top is appealing, every review I read of every brand (in a moderate price range at least) all complained about the same thing. Sure enough, within two weeks of using the “right cookware” and “right cleaners” there are marks on the burners. What they are, and what is the cause, who knows? Did a grain of salt get under the pot, or did something spatter and burn? You are supposed to cook on it …right? I tried to take a picture, but it doesn’t show up very well. This type of surface has been in the market for over 50 years. You would think they would have figured out how to prevent this by now! This is disappointing, but it certainly doesn’t look worse than the ugly coil stove I had! Put that all aside, the stove and oven seem to work well. I chose this model over the next level up that included convection and air-fry because those features weren’t important, and I liked the design of this model better (more black/less stainless). I do miss not having a light on the stove because I don’t have good overhead lighting. I like the light in the oven. It turns on when the door is opened, but it can also be turned on when the door is closed. Very important when measuring!!! Although the range is not any deeper than my old range, it stands further from the wall. It is currently 4.5” from the wall. In part it is due to the outlet, but it is also because my old range was open in the back, so the protruding cord had some space. If you have drawers or cabinet doors that need to clear, be careful. I have a drawer and door that cannot open all the way. I haven’t pulled the range out since it has been installed to take a look, but I hope an electrician can come up with a solution.

very nice looking. Has great burners. great price. have not used the self cleaning oven yet. Very happy with purchase.

Stove and oven work very well. Stove top elements seem to heat up right away. Love the double heating elements on the front to burners.

Works as advertised wish I would've bought the dual oven. Good for the price. Nice looking in my kitchen
