First time buying an electric stove, I’ve always had a gas one. This one was for my built in kitchen in my garage. It’s the perfect stove for all my baking. I haven’t had any issues as of yet.

very nice appearance overall and easy to use. only one issue is the stove top leaves residue spots and the burners have a dull appearance when now that they've been used for a few weeks. I don't know if that's common with the newer ranges but I did not expect that after a short period. however, the unit works great and I am happy overall with the purchase.

Horrible where the knobs are in the temperatures are they were gone within one week. Also, when you put it on a lower setting or what you think, it turns completely completely red in the beginning and eventually goes down. The oven is off by so many degrees, But you can’t adjust because it will come really hot. Even Store associates told me not to buy a Samsung appliance. And Samsung appliance has horrible customer service

I have other Samsung products that have performed well for me. This electric counter top is simple to use with no complicated options to read up on. The unit is reasonably priced. I like the dual settings for each burner which will heat an inner circle for smaller pans/pots to the larger heating circle when necessary. There is a a warming center burner in the middle to keep foods warm. The self cleaning option worked well. So far so good.

Works great so far; both oven and stove get up to heat quickly. Wish I had opted for a fingerprint-resistant model, but that’s my fault. Only concern is that the glass top scratches easily.

I was so nervous to go with the glass top, but I do not like the new feature of the coil burners shutting off automatically. Omg!!! Best choice ever! The oven is HUGE!!! I love cooking and baking and this makes it even more enjoyable. I am still getting use to the burner temps but this oven works great and looks beautiful!

Easy to use. More than enough features. Love having the fifth warming burner. Attractive and sufficiently matches the other appliances already here.

Fantastic electric stove! Pros: - Heats up very quickly - Look is very sleek and nice. Matches well with similar black stainless steel Samsung appliances. - Huge capacity - Best Buy offers contact-free installation. Masks are worn the entire time, and they were in and out within 15 minutes. Cons: - The ceramic stovetop can be scratched easily. It also needs to be cleaned very frequently with a recommended cleaner (i.e. DIY soap and water will not work).

It’s still new to me, but I love it so far. It’s so pretty, complements my kitchen, and works perfectly well. Fingerprints are very obvious on it, but to be expected. I didn’t realize the glass top would be so difficult to care for. From the first use it hasn’t looked new again, that was disappointing. But I definitely recommend.

This is a great product. Beautiful design. Easy to use. Fits perfectly in the space and the color is very modern. The installation process was extremely easy and the superb team of Best Buy installers got it done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this product.

This is the first electric stove I’ve ever purchased or used. I’ve always had gas stoves, so this was all brand new for me. Best Buy salesman was very helpful, helping me with my selection. My need was for easy to use and uncomplicated buttons and controls. He helped me find a middle ground between a base model and a pricier high end stove with features I didn’t need. The delivery was within the time frame given and the guys that delivered were friendly and courteous, they did a great job installing it and giving me a quick lesson on its functions. I’ve only used it a couple weeks and so far it has been great,

This is the second time I have purchased the same oven. Since the last time the quality of the stove has improved. It is easy to use and economical compared to other stoves. One caveat, it does seem that it picks up on fingerprints.

I love my new range. It fits perfectly with the space provided and looks great with the other appliances. I am still getting used to how to operate the range, but it is definitely and upgrade and there is no more guessing about temperature and whether things will cook properly.

Had to replace Samsung range when ceramic top cracked. This is pretty much the same model minus the convection. Why the cord is not included is a $mystery$. But we just disconnected cord from broken stove & reconnected to new with no problem. Black ceramic top results in discoloration of cook top with very first use.

This was a replacement order of the same range I’ve had before, unfortunately something happened with the oven and it no longer worked so we needed a new one. This still works really good and it has the same description as the other range we had.

This Samsung range has 5 burners, one for warming. Two of the burners can fast boil any liquid. One burner is to keep food warm. All size pots can be on any burner, however; two in the back are especially for the smaller size pots and pans. The oven preheats faster than any I have owned and maintains a constant temperature. Along with all of these features, the oven is also self cleaning. Quite a lot is packed into this range at a modest price!
