Very Happy for the price will recommend to a friend

I ended up purchasing this 4k TV for about $700, including a 2 year geek squad protection plan. There's multiple apps that you can download such as Netflix, YouTube, HBO Go, Starz and Encore to name a few. If you have a Netflix account you can definitely take advantage of the 4k resolution as Netflix has programs that stream in 4k.

Love the TV for the price! Easy to use and hook up!

Overall I have been very happy with this TV, my only real critism would be the sound quality could be better. I bought a Samsung wireless speaker and it's great now. Samsung's last way longer then the other brands if you use it a lot.

If you're into hi-tech, bleeding edge technology, then you're not reading this....it has no HDR, which would bother me because I'm into all that, being a gamer and all, but it is a great tv for those that are not videophiles nor gamers with HDR capable devices....got it for a birthday gift and the giftee loves it!!!

I have owned many different brands of televisions, and was most satisfied by this one. Simplicity in the remote with the immense amount of technology, making this a very smart television. Can't beat the afforadablitly and free delivery.

Color is very good but the tv functions are truly lacking. The remote is not user friendly & takes a lot more effort to use than a number pad remote. I would not buy this item had I known its "warts".

Love this TV. I've had it over a month and haven't had any problems. 4K looks really nice, I only wish there wasn't such s limited supply on 4k movies and shows. I love mirroring directly from my phone to the TV. This is an awesome tv!

great picture, sound isn't bad but could be better

I purchased this TV and it would have random bouts of blackness that would last less than a second. I exchanged it for the same model, the staff was very helpful. Overall, the TV is fantastic, I'm pleased with the purchase. As long as it doesn't have the original problem I experienced, I wouldn't choose a different tv.

We had a chance to wait till the 4th of July Best Buy sale as our eyes were on this TV for a long time. Needless to say it has not disappointed so far. Great for movies and the sound system is great for our living room.

Ordered Samsung TV which says 4K thinking it was the latest model which I thought as advertised that I love because of the bright colors.when it was delivered I was just not happy about it.Not to my expectstion.Colors are just ordinary.Went to best buy to ask why it is so?The salesman told me I should have bought the high resilience whatever is that called for better color.And another thing the picture is bigger than the screen.Tried fixing it and go to zoom adjustment which nothing was fixed.its either too small or too big.Overall Im not happy with ehat I purchased online and really wanted to return and buy a better color quality but just dont want to go through all the hassle of calling and explaning and returning. Over all, not happy but just getting used to it. The screen is still larger than d TV that half of the body or half of the words I cant see.

The image quality of this TV is perfect. I Love it and will recommend it to anyone. The 4K feature is definitely what I was expecting and It's very affordable TV with its energy star certified feature as well. Thank You

so far only a couple of weeks of use, but seems like a great TV. The Geek Squad guys forgot to hook up my "Air-TV" Antenna that I purchased with the TV, so I will be interested to see how the reception is with that Antenna.

I replaced a 60 in. LG with this 55 in. Samsung smart tv. My purvhase went flaw free and everyone at Best Buy was so helpful. I ordered tis online and picked it up at the store. A grest experience and a great product.
