I went to Best Buy knowing that I was going to buy a brand new smart tv. I was looking at a Samsung , a LG , And A Sony. The Sales Rep I talked with told me everything I needed to know about these new Smart 4K TVs and he knew all of his product knowledge which is a big plus in my book and he knew exactly what Tv I was looking for. I Bought the Samsung 55Inch Q60R 4K Smart-Tv And He Told Me About A Samsung Sound Bar system does I bought The Samsung 3.1 channel 340Watt Sound Bar they had and I have to say This Combination I have now is mind blowing. I’m Very Glad I went to Best Buy And Purchased My New Samsung Tv & Samsung SoundBar From Them. GREAT EXPERIENCE AND GREAT PRICE!!!!

There were other less expensive Samsung 49"- 55" tv choices during the holidays however with a little advice from the salesperson I chose the 55" Q60 for $100-$150, $200 more than I set out to spend and am elated I did! I read reviews and do lots of research b4 I make big ticket purchases; the "expert" review on Best Buy website didn't give this tv high praise however from my perspective it's head and shoulders above the other simular Samsung and other choices and was in my opinion worth the Holiday price of $699! Colors pop, seem to jump out of the screen; very clear picture! The best tv I've owned to date. Just got lucky though that my old tv konked out during the time it did so I paid $300 less than the regular asking price otherwise not so sure I would have purchased at regular price of $999, although I feel worth that price but out of my budget at that time. If you have the money to spend then it's definitely worth the extra cost to purchase. You won't be dissatisfied!

I bought the TV because Bestbuy reduced the price and I don't want to deal with Black Friday madness. This tv replaced the Samsung TV I purchased 4 years ago. I'm so satisfied with the picture and much brighter colors that pop out from the screen. My eyes have to adjust because it's a bit bright but the pictures are excellent, especially for sports and movies. Samsung is a brand I can trust.

I went in to get a different TV and ended up with this. Picture looked great and I really like Samsung so I went with it. I knew I could return it if there was a problem . Navigating through the menus is really nice. Much better than my older Samsung. I don't really do 4k or HDR so it wasn't a selling factor. Got no e and loaded Disney+ and was immediately blown away with the quality. And even regular channels on DirecTV looked so much better than the visio this set replaced. I only wish I would have went with the 65" instead of 55". As I said I did no research on this model and am shocked so e people on other sites say this set isnt that great. Hard to believe this is entry level qled.

Never realized that TV could be this clear and brilliant. I’ve seen them in the stores but the surroundings don’t do it justice. I’ve owned a few of the “cheaper” TV’s thinking it wasn’t really worth it to pay up....boy was I wrong. It’s a real pleasure to watch everything from sports to movies. Two thumbs up for this item!

I am loving this TV. True to life picture on cable, and dvd. Smart TV capable with remote set for Netflix Hulu, and Prime Video, as well as other stations oo the TV? Great sound without the extra sound bar.

The set up was so fast and easy would buy It again

Easy to install and configure, super fast and intuitive smart hub setup was quick to connect to wifi and find all my devices. Picture was great, sound was good... and then... the defect popped up. A bar of distortion 1 inch thick along the bottom of the screen appeared 10 days after setup. Never had any problems like this with my 11 year old 45-inch Sharp LCD! Called Samsung for service and it is under warranty so we'll see if they fix the problem, To say I am disappointed is an understatement. a grand for this thing and it's already jacked up?!?!

We are really happy with this television. It fits well in our living room. The picture is great. Great contrast, excellent colors. We are streaming everything through apps and YouTube TV. We haven't had a moment of regret.

There are so many on the market that it gets very confusing but with the guidance of our BestBuy sales person I think we got exactly what we wanted. We were limited to the size, 55” was perfect for our location and the picture quality is very good. We purchased a Samsung sound bar, so the sound is very good. This model is certainly not the cheapest but not the most expensive either, so I think we got what we paid for.

My first smart TV and was worried that I would be lost trying to set it up....was so easy and fast to get it up and going...excellent picture and great sound, when I ran it thru my surround I thought things were happening in my house but was just part of the program....

Amazing picture quality and sound effects. Worth the buy, would definitely recommend others to invest in these QLED rather than 8 series and 7 series, cos it is worth every single buck.

It’s a pretty decent tv. I’m really glad that I got it on sale. It wouldn’t have been worth almost a $1000.

I have had it for 6 months now and have no complaints. Just wish I got the 65 inch instead but I might buy it later on. Has all the necessary apps and 4k movies look great.

Smart Samsung television is amazing we have the best quality and sound is awesome

After looking at three different options we decided that this tv fit our needs in both size, colors and quality.

The quality of this 55 inch has gone way past our expectations of a great picture. Ready for the Bowl games!
