Exceeds expectations! Vibrant colors, picture and sound!! Movies become lifelike. Should of bought sooner.

Bought it to also use as a second monitor when working from home. Ended up only using it a short time for that but it worked great from my MacBook pro. The picture is crisp and motion is fluid when watching movies. Have used the built in web browser a bit but found it somewhat easier to screens have from our phones.. We coupled it with a sonos bar and couldn't be happier. Hoping to pick up a second one soon to replace our other TV.

The TV itself is quite good. Not sure about longevity though. My previous 55" Samsung lasted just 3 years before the panel shorted out, effectively killing it. Two complaints: 1) the remote is terrible. (We only use it when not watching cable.) It doesn't seem to have the controls to fast forward or reverse; 2) Samsung should hire some native English speakers to write instruction manuals and online guides. TV setup could be more clear. Had this problem with a Samsung refrigerator setup guide too. Pictures and captions didn't match, text was ambiguous, etc. It's not rocket science, boys.

Great TV for the money. Has a fantastic picture and apps are very easy to use. Would buy again.

I'm very satisfied with the purchase of my Samsung - 55" Class - LED - Q80 Series - 2160p - Smart - 4K UHD TV with HDR. Picture is incredible with a great refresh rate. No visible pixelation.

This TV is just beautiful. The picture is so very clear, it is a pleasure to watch. The sound is very good also. I do not know how to do much on it yet, because it does not come with many instructions. I downloaded the book but it is 175 pages so it will take me awhile to learn about everything this TV can do. It is so simple to get to Prime TV and some of the other Apps, I would watch it all day if I could!

Great picture and easy to setup. Would recommend to everyone. Wait until it goes on sale.

This tv is unbelievable. I had an older model and Samsung has out done itself. The picture is so real and life like that at times with movies you seem to be in a movie theater. I would not hesitate recommending this to anyone........

This TV has a great picture. Easy to use. Installed on the wall by the Geek Squad.

We replaced a working 50” Samsung Plasma 1080P tv from 2008. The overall width is similar with a much narrower bezel/frame on this new model. It is actually not as tall as the older model. The sound and speakers are surprisingly good so we will not need a soundbar. Nice to have the connectivity of a smart tv. The remote is very simple to use. Great picture, and the added wallpaper features are a nice touch.

Great picture but the sound quality needs some improvement and the remote control is too sensitive, if you place it down too firmly, the channel changes.

Started with an in-home consult with Best Buy since I was undecided about QLED versus OLED, TV size, and mounting location. Tiffany Gibson was great in answering all of our questions and giving us a recommendation for a new TV for our den. Geek squad install and setup by Jason was perfect. TV picture is awesome with best colors I have seen. Glad we went with QLED given the amount of light in our den.

My family helped me purchase this television for Christmas because I was the last one to hold out on the 4K mania. I'll admit, I was hesitant about the whole smart TV fad because I don't want to turn on the television one day and it reads it's outdated or something. So far so good. I primarily use Apple TV and watch You Tube. If videos are in 4K (usually nature channels) it's amazing.

Best TV I've owned in a long time. Really great picture and plenty of features.

Replacing an older 55" ... this is brighter, sharper with better sound.

The Q80 Series at the 55” size provides a vivid large screen without looking bulky or dominating a room. The image is precise with very natural color. The anti-glare picture also allows a wider field of vision without turning off all lights in the room.
