Customers are saying

Customers recognize the 55" Class QN90C Neo QLED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV (2023) for its exceptional picture quality, vibrant colors, and ease of use. Many appreciate the user-friendly remote and straightforward setup process. While some found the stand slightly less than ideal, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive, particularly for gaming and movie watching due to the high refresh rate. The price point is also frequently cited as reasonable for the quality offered.

Sold a busted TV - lousy customer service

So I spend a lot of money for a 55 inch. Only choice was delivery. So they deliver and I do not see the tape on the box until after they leave. I remove my old TV, unpack this one and hook it up. Plug it in and you can see the great picture. Yes, it is exactly where the tape on the box is. Worst part is dealing with BB afterward to get them to pick it up. First they tell me I have to lug it back in even though they delivered a busted TV. Wasted an hour on phone and finally contacted BB IM chat which finally helped. So I wasted hours with this process, including boxing it up and hooking up old TV again. With the initial very poor service from BB asking me to lug the TV back to a store, I am done using BB. There is much better service elsewhere.

      Greg,

It’s unfortunate to hear the delivery of your QN90C TV and experience with Best Buy was less than adequate. We recommend you contact Best Buy directly for assistance. To address any delivery concerns, you may also want to share delivery feedback directly with Best Buy. We hope your issue is resolved quickly.

    Hulu Issue P-DEV320

I have had a number of Samsung TVs with no issues and good performance. I expected the same with this model. Unfortunately my TV had the Hulu issue with the error code above, right out of the box. Hulu is the center of our viewing universe and essential for us. No program would play, including Live TV. Menu comes up, ad plays, but when the selection loads, it just buffers until the error code P-DEV320 pops up. I spent hours and hours calling BestBuy techs, Hulu techs and finally, Samsung techs. Everyone pointed at one another and no tech knew what to do. So I started again. And again. I was finally able to reach the problem level with Samsung where I could call the Samsung Repair Center in my area. The motherboard and something about the WiFi module needs replacing. Its now on order and should be repaired next week. This took months of frustration. My issue is that Samsung should have known which motherboard and WiFi needed updating! My TV shouldn't have been on the sales floor to begin with. I'm writing this in case this issue comes up for someone else, to save them the hours I spent trouble shooting to get this fixed. My takeaway is most techs are useless. This apparently is not unique and techs ought to be better informed. Other than this issue, I like this model. Good color, sound. This Hulu problem is squarely Samsung's.

I bought this TV in February of 2024 when i first turned it on the picture was fantastic and everything was great. 2 months later the picture started going green and purple and didn't work well!! I have been a Total Tech member for years and I am also disappointed in this service as well. I was told that I would have my TV back in less than 2 weeks and I still don't have it back. I love Samsung products and for me to spend over $1300 on a 55 inch TV only for the picture to fail in 2 months is beyond disturbing. Definitely would not recommend look at the LG instead

I expected a lot more from this TV. I see it's no longer in stock. I'm guessing others did as well. 1. The colors are messy, especially on people's faces no matter how much I adjust the settings. 2. It came with a free trial of Fubo. GREAT! I had to reboot the TV (unplug it from the wall and plug it back in) any time I wanted to use the app. The solution? Ditch Fubo. 3. I press previous on the remote and it goes to the previous of the previous. To get the 2 channels I want setup, I need to go back to the channel I was on before, hit the guide, go to what was the real previous channel and hope it worked, because that doesn't always fix it. Sometimes I have to do that 2 or 3 times for the right channel to be the previous channel. 4. I bought a Tablo and it works great on my other 2 TVs (both TCL one Google and one Roku). With this TV I have to reload the app every single time I want to watch something I recorded. 5. The picture at the store was very nice. At home, not so much. Sometimes it's really good and other times it's no better than a HD TV. (I get local channels via antenna and I specifically wanted a TV with the new ATSC 3.0 so the picture would be better and this is supposed to have that tuner... And watching through apps is the same) I will never pay this much for a TV again! And I may be done with Samsung, which I swore by for years. A $400 Roku QLED would have been better!

Bought a Open Box Like New and after driving out to Beat Buy to pick up the TV and get it home, unpacked it and found the wrong TV. The stickers said the correct TV so it was mixed up so now I have to wrap it up and drive back out to return it. Had called Best Buy and was not offered any alternatives except just to return it and get my money back and look for another TV. I would of hoped they try to help me find something that met my needs but not evern a simple applogy for the inconvenience. Not the best experience and makes me distrust ever buying Open Box otems from Best Buy again.

The tv has an amazing image quality but it Disney+, Hulu, and YouTube Tv don’t work, when we realized, Best Buy said that it was to late to return it (one month later) and we call Samsung and they said that our Tv update supposed to be different but they didn’t offered any solution for it. Conclusion: we bought a really expensive tv that doesn’t work with all the streaming services
