Customers are saying
Customers recognize the 55" Class QN90C Neo QLED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV (2023) for its exceptional picture quality, vibrant colors, and ease of use. Many appreciate the user-friendly remote and straightforward setup process. While some found the stand slightly less than ideal, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive, particularly for gaming and movie watching due to the high refresh rate. The price point is also frequently cited as reasonable for the quality offered.

Far too costly for such poor image quality
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Even on sale, this isn't worth the price. The local dimming (regardless of which level you set it to) is VERY unresponsive. For screens that display as all or mostly black on an OLED, there's a 50/50 chance whether or not the entire backlight/ all miniLEDs will be on for this TV. I have tried multiple units and they are all about as underwhelming as you could imagine. If the form factor doesn't matter to you, I would suggest saving a lot of money and having a way better picture with the newest U8 miniLED from Hisense. They deliver undeniably superior results, at a lower price, and their TVs support Dolby Vision. Samsung is feeling more and more like a joke with each passing year. This TV costs way more than their standard QLED, but the results it delivers, aside from the high level of brightness, are absolutely no better to the average viewer. And for someone with a more critical eye, it will be more frustrating and costly than a regular TV.

DO NOT trust open box
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The tv is fine but DO NOT buy open box even if it says excellent. It was all ok until we installed the tv from the roof and we saw that the botton frame is not there. We have tried several times calling Best Buy and there is no solution for it not even thru samsung! Now I have this beautiful TV that looks bad and old because its missing the whole bottom frame

Disappointed in Samsung
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Samsung QN90c color was oversaturated (to Bright) on Standard Mode no matter what Calibration settings were applied. TV would not display AV receiver volume, speaker, or any receiver inputs. Geek squad did not hookup the TV to the receiver correctly. I returned the Samsung for the Sony A80L
