When I told the delivery guys this they seemed surprised at that. Other than that I really like the stove and the delivery guys were quick and polite.

I’ve been passed from person to person and no one can help or cares to. Apparently the appliances do not come with cords nor does the dishwasher. Customer service said this is “public knowledge” HOWEVER the rep who placed my order never told me and it does not say on your website. Best Buy over the phone is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I even sent an email and the response was that they could not help me. Get a local call center!

It’s so time consuming to have to wait to clean it because it’s gets so hot. Everything melts onto the glass. I absolutely hate it and glad I replaced it for induction

I was very disappointed because even though we called several times for an ETA we never got one.

Sometimes the burners take awhile to start up or they burn the food quickly. There’s no in between. There’s two sets of heats, but unless you use the hotter setting at a “4” it doesn’t work well.
