Scratches easy, no manual included

Stove top scratches easily. Soft scrub cleans well, normal sponge wipe doesn’t work well. Manual does not come with product. You need to view online and it’s not easy to read.

Tiny scratches will become less visible in time as a result of cleaning.

Looks great in kitchen. However, the LED screen broke within the first couple months. Fortunately it was under manufacturer warranty and Samsung sent to fix it.

The order got canceled and I was not notified. Took the day off for something that never came

Missing screws some areas I need to add screws because some parts is loose

The glass melted directly to the pot. Bizarre I've never experienced anything like that in my life very weird and I don't know if they'll be able to repair or not. But the item was less than one month old.
We understand how you feel regarding your range. We are here to help.
We recommend you use Glazed cookware like glass/ceramic, ceramic, and earthenware for your cooktop to prevent it from breaking due to sudden temperature changes.
Please see page 9 under the "Glazed cookware," page 26 under "Choosing the proper cookware," and pages 41 to 43 under the "Care and cleaning of the glass cooktop" section of the manual for more details.

There are no zeros, so I had to give 1 star. I have been waiting for them to delivery my dishwasher for 3 weeks. They have called me twice to schedule the delivery. Both times I had to ask for a day off from work because they tell you that they can come at any time between 7am and 7pm; and neither of the 2 times they showed up and didn't even call to cancel the appointment. Now they called again to tell me that they are going to deliver it until January and I also have to ask for another day off from work!!!
