Beautiful range with a sleek look. Has a huge oven compared to my old one. Burners and oven cooking well so far. The glass top is easy to clean and shines when it is clean. Probably best to clean it often with the receommended cleaners. So far I have not cleaned the oven, not sure if i want to use the option do it manually. One thing i did not care for was the lack of a how to use in detail manual. If you want one you have to download it. I doubt i ever use the smart feature i will cook when home and get off the couch to check it!

Sorry Excuse for A Stove

I so wanted to like this range after having to buy a brand new stove because the LG I bought (in 2019) had to be discorded after only 2 1/2 years!! The oven "went totally out" (or so I was told) and if the part that was "on back order" did become available "months down the road" the "labor" would be over $500! (Only paid $600 for it.) I am 70yo and have never had anything but ceramic top/electric stoves. But I have never had one that I TOTALLY DISLIKED! It takes forever to heat up and then it burns up my food. The hobs are the same way, having to use the "Rapid Boil" to get the thing going, but having to quickly remove pots and food b/c it doesn't allow the temp to adjust downward w/o being absolutely too hot. It's almost impossible to keep clean, as everything (even with splatter screens) splashes and causes grease spots on the dashboard. I wouldn't recommend this stove to my worst enemy and regret it's what I ended up with after taking almost 3 years to have my home restored following the flood of 2016.

Im going to start by saying that the oven part is amazing. No complaints there. The top however is horrible… it doesnt matter how careful you are it will get ruined immediately. I had for a over 8 months and its just now good. Im careful cleaning it, using the right pans and it still got ruined. I wish i could have change it to gas.

If I had a choice I would return my oven and exchange for a different kind of oven , this thing for $1000 has given me different kind of problems I'm so disappointed in the display problems and so forth I will stick with samsung cellphone but he appliance suck

Terrible

This stove sucks. The burners have a mind of their own - they start off on low and then go to blazing hot, without any warning. You can't walk away from the stove because you never know when the burners will go to blazing hot and burn your food. Also, all the decals have come off the stove. Also, the wifi feature never worked.

Service Was Horrible

Service from BB was horrible. I'd give ZERO stars if i could. Purchased this item as a gift for my mother inlaw. Item was delivered, the deliverymen acted like they had no idea we PAID for installation. The cord we ordered was not installed correctly and they left the stove "installed" with the rear cover off. Multiple calls to customer service resulted in no help.
