Good picture and sound

The only thing I did not like about it is the weight, You will need a good stand to support this heavy 62 lbs TV. Overall Samsung's TV are good.

Exactly what we'd hoped!

We are still in awe of its sharp picture (and we shopped hard, considering the 4k). The smarthub features thus far are working well (we are using Amazon Video to watch several series) and as my husband needs wireless headphones because of hearing issues I don't feel the need for a soundbar. The volume is terrific, more than adequate. I highly recommend paying for the setup. These guys were excellent, warm, patient and spent a good deal of time with me teaching. We ran into issues because our cable box was out of date so they waited while I ran to town to exchange it. They hooked up my DVD player and power battery even though they didn't have to and set up the smarthub menu to show only what we use. They also adjusted several visual features that I wasn't aware of and showed me things I never would have found.
