Unpacked and installed with no problem. About 2 1/2 weeks after purchase, we turned it on and could only get a picture of large green pixel squares. We hadn’t made any changes to settings from the previous day when it was working as expected. We spent a solid 3 hours hooking / unhooking / trying different hardware (PS5, dish) and different channels / streaming services. Since there was no change, we did a full reset. That required re-adding all user names and passwords for Samsung and streaming services. It worked! But just for 2 days… then we were back to the big pixel screen. At that point, we called Samsung customer service. After several tests, they had us… do a full reset. Picture has been good since. However, the remote started working intermittently last week. It’s 50% or greater charged all the time, so that’s not it. We just no longer trust it, even if we got a new remote (Is it the TV, or is it the remote? Who knows…). We may end up with the same model, not sure. We’ve got several Samsung TVs and sound bars with no issues, so maybe it’s just a lemon?
