Went back to BestBuy to times looking at TVs finally got a price that I was very satisfied with so bored the TV I'm very happy with it great picture and I'm glad I bought it and I would definitely recommend this TV to any friends and definitely recommend going to Best Buy to find a TV

Picture quality is good but high speed action seems laggy at times. Amazon Video App stopped working a month after purchasing the TV. There are no software updates to download for a fix. Unplugging the tv and plugging it in fixes the issue for a while.

Got this set to replace my 43” Pioneer Plasma that I bought from Best Buy 13 years ago (still working!) Huge improvement in picture quality, especially considering that this is Samsung’s entry level 4K. It was quick and easy to set up and integrates nicely with my sound system. The only challenge is finding enough native 4K programming which looks fantastic. Even though it “upconverts” regular HD, there’s sometimes a little noticeable jerkiness. Xfinity has limited amount (on demand Winter Olympics). Netflix and Amazon have a fair amount and I’m told there’s more on Apple TV.

Was looking for a great buy on a Samsung TV, larger than 40", and while browsing the store and looking at 55" TVs I came across the Samsung 65" LED - 2160p - Smart - 4K Ultra HD TV. The price was right, the delivery was on-time and the picture is quite nice!

We really like the clarity of the picture and beautiful colors. My only real complaint has to do with motion blur. I've tried to make manual adjustments but I still have some issues with it. One of my other TV's is a 60" Panasonic Viera (Plasma) and I've never had a motion blur issue with it.

This is my first smart t v , very easy to use and very good quality.

The picture on this set is awesome. Resolution is beautiful. It is very easy to set up, and has sufficient HDMI and other ports to connect to other devices. The remote is easy to configure and use. It readily connected to our network. Our only problem is that the set comes on at random times. It will wake us up at night, and scares us when hear voices in the house when we are supposed to be alone. We have tried rebooting and updating the OS to no effect.

After looking at a number of different flat screens this Samsung was the best option for the price. Excellent picture quality unless you are some kind of uber video connoisseur. Live TV and sports look very clear and HD DVD's look awesome.

Samsung generally make great products, this TV is no exception. Clear picture, easy to tweak. Sound is average for a flat screen, hence a Samsung soundbar is a definite purchase (same remote). The biggest problem happens when you connect this smart TV to the internet. It keeps getting notifications from Samsung in a drop-down box that have to be cleared, and there seems to be no way of stopping them - even when the message is a month out of date. I finally disabled the wireless connection and use a Roku instead (which is better anyway but does mean yet another HDMI cable has to be used and hidden away). The TV is very light so I could wall mount it by myself, but those stupid notifications mean 4 of 5 stars as my TV is no longer "smart".

This is our first large screen television set. We moved to a new home where it is mounted above our fireplace and looks great. The important thing is that the reception is great, and everyone who visits remarks what a nice picture it has!

Good entry level 4k TV, it has all the smart features and apps

The TV is great! Great picture, perfect for gaming. I love the way my ps4 pro looks on this tv. You could not ask for a better gaming tv. The service at best buy was amazing and very helpful. I will continue to purchase from Best Buy.

I've had a Samsung LED TV for about 4 years and decided to upgrade. This 4K 65" HD TV did NOT disappoint. Picture quality and sound is amazing--recommend getting the Samsung soundbar and rear speakers too. You will not regret it!

I absolutely love this tv. Very clear picture, the 4K movies are so real! I like the smart technology. I’m a cord cutter so being able to download apps is awesome and everything is right there to switch from one app to another

My son had this TV and when we moved my hubs decided that we had to have one too! I researched it online, got a great price and financing and brought it home. We didn't do delivery and set up because my hubs is impatient, so I put it together and had it hooked up and going in about 20 minutes. WiFi setup and our Bluetooth surround were an easy hookup as well as Dish network. The built in apps for Netflix, Hulu etc are so easy to navigate and we are in heaven. It has a great picture and color.

Samsung 65 inch tv has a very clear picture and you fell like you are watching live television. asporting events are very clear and enjoyable to watch

I cannot believe my husband and I waited so long to get a smart tv. This tv has an amazing picture. You can stand outside and look through the window and see the tv show clearly! This is a great tv!

Bought this because I wanted quality and not the high cost of OLED. This TV checked most of the boxes I wanted and so far has not disappointed!
