My first Samsung TV. Very easy to hook up. Great picture. Love the apps. that came on it.

I was skeptical about going the extra money for the q series vs the 9000 series but after owning the tv for a month now I couldn’t be more happier. Very easy to set up , looks Amazing, and the picture quality is stunning...I debetated between Samsung and the lg OLED technology and honestly LG is probably the best possible pictures there is but my apartment gets lots of sunlight and the Samsung was the right choice for me ... do your research and I am sure you will end up with gorgeous tv ....

The colors on this QLED TV are amazing. The photos do not do it justice. We have never see reds so bright. The stand is cool and sleek. It is a must have.

This TV is awesome! The quality of the picture is great -- certainly in HD, but also not, because the TV is smart enough to improve the quality. The resolution is so good I can hook up a laptop and its crystal clear. The setup is easy. Sound is great directly from the TV -- and attaching a sounder is easy if you want a bigger experience -- but not necessary at all.

I purchased this tv a few weeks ago, the clarity is great, it’s easy to install. The one connect box makes it easy to connect all your devices. It has a very clean look. I love this TV.

I have had several Samsung products. 2 Samsung HD Tv's and bluray player. And several phones. Samsung Tv's have great pictures. Really am pleased with this purchase too. The picture on this 65 in 4K ultra TV is amazing!! I definitely recommend!! Hook up was a breeze and me and my wife put up a new wall mount and mounted Tv in one evening. Picture is like watching a live performance of the shows. That's what it makes the characters look like. Colors are also amazing!! Love it!!!!

Great TV, but hard to set up,assumes buyers know how to do.Instructions are difficult to understand.

The whole purchasing process was very simple and easy. Took it home and was very easy to set up. And have enjoyed it every since. I really like it and am happy I purchased it

This TV has an excellent picture. It pairs up well with my Bose Surround Sound and Samsung 4K player. Football and movies all night long!

I have this 65 inch QLED TV mounted to my living room wall with a full extension articulating wall mount. Because of its lightness and virtually no bezels it works perfectly with full front viewing angles to my living room, dining room and kitchen. The refresh rate is excellent and the up-loading is really good depending on the signal source, of course.

Started having trouble soon after the install. This TV uses a small box as an "interface" that is where all your connections are made with just one small wire and a power line from it to the TV. TV started showing a connection problem. Unplugging the line from the box to the TV and plugging it back i worked, a few times. Now that little box doesn't see anything. Best Buy support absolutely no help at all. Nor was Samsung. Our Geek Squad warranty repair is over a week away. My wife and I are very disappointed in not only this QLED TV but with our entire experience with Best Buy.

The picture is awesome. The sound not so much, and the remote is definitely magic. It says you can program all your devices to it. This is true. After about 2 hrs you can program it again. And then two hrs later you can program it again. Cause magically it keeps forgetting the devices. And no matter what if you change the input it’s a 5 min process to get this smart tv to recognize your other devices.

The tv is beautiful and the quality is I just perfect. I just don't like how it lags when I screen mirror my phone to it. There is a delay. For the money I pay I should get better quality if the option is there. Because if the feature is laggi then I can't use it.

As a result of a Geek Squad replacement for a Samsung 60” UHD 3D tv, I purchased the Samsung Q7F Series 65”. My family loves the picture and sound quality but only 6 days after purchasing the open-box tv it begins to power on-off and lose the picture and/or sound. I’m hoping this is not indicative of the quality for this model, as I normally LOVE Samsung tv’s and just a glitch in a used one. I now have to get assistance to return and exchange it.

Love my Tv but the remote stopped working and now I have to see about getting a new one.
