    I'm sure the TV is great, but I've had it for well over a month now and have had at least 5 different people (who know what they are doing; because I have no clue) to my home to try and get it set up with Alexa and so far no one has been able to succeed. This is largely why I bought this TV, because my 10 year old TV stopped working with Alexa. I have been back to Best Buy at least twice and still have no answers.

    Bought this 65" to replace an older 55" Samsung. We had tried to go a cheaper route first, with a 65" TCL. Unfortunately, the built-in wifi kept disconnecting & returned the TCL promptly. Pivoted to this Samsung & we've had no issues. Great TV like the previous 55" Samsung .
