If i could leave 0 stars i would. Best buy is the worst company to buy products from. Purchased gift for my wifes birthday. When installed TV, display screen was completely damaged. Due to us openning gift after 30 days (on birthday) best buy would not take TV back. I spent almost $960 that was broken and Best Buy showed no sensitivity for my situation. Will never buy anything from this horrid company again. Look elsewhere for elswhere.

Third party delivery/ installers damaged my receiver and after 30 days it was discovered that they did not report the issue but charged me anyway. And. Best Buy tried to charge me over $100 even though I had a Membership plan. Took me at least 12 calls to get service without charge during 20 days of a 2 year Warranty!

I purchased and have returned. The picture was bad and no adjustments would correct it. The picture was grainy and lacked vibrant color.

The store experience was terrible. I was yelled at and mocked by a manager named Gracie in the store. I emailed to GM and got no response. I will never buy from best buy again. Horrible customer experience. I did get a voice message from a higher up who i will absolutely follow up with.

Can not review this t v. Best Buy did not deliver it. I was pixxed I did NOT want this t v to begin with. I was talked into it by the sales person. Waited a week for the first delivery date that didn’t happen, then was told i would have to wait another 10days. Finally cancelled order
