This is directed to Samsung and Best Buy
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.samsung, I've owned your products for YEEEARS....yet I've been thru 4 tvs of the same model (this one). When I got to watch it for about a day, the picture blew me away. The gaming recognition is amazing etc. However, this is the 4th replacement. Im satisfied, THUS far with best buy working with me thru this ordeal, but they at one point made me feel like a criminal, which is NOT cool. First tv arrived with a huge scratch that I noticed the next day when it was bright (it was delivered at dark...which best buys delivery windows SUCK). They were a second party delivery people. They didn't take it outta the box, let me inspect it at all, they dropped it off and took off. I had to explain myself that there was a huge scratch on it...the second one delivered was working for about 30 mins after they delivered it and the screen looked like it busted from the inside...as if something was pushing on it from the inside...the third one, I was reaching my boiling point...this ones panel is warped in the corner making all the backlighting lines are seen during dark scenes....ridiculous...now im awaiting the fourth delivery exchange. Let's see if they actually let me inspect it instead of just taking off...

TV upgrade
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Big, beautiful screen. It took a few minutes to figure out the menus to dial the picture in, but I like that it remembers your preferences under the different screen settings. This was an upgrade from our old Samsung Series 6 4k, and I will say that I miss that old remote; this one is pretty sparse and not as intuitive. It's only been about a month, but, so far, couldn't be happier with this set.

Great picture quality. Best OLED alternative.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought a cheap tv during the holiday sale and ended up taking it back and picking this up. So much better picture quality. This also came highly rated online and the best option for someone not looking to get the OLED. If you are worried about burn-in but want a nice tv this is the best I have seen. You also get some free channels and they are pretty entertaining. No sign up required.

Awesome TV.
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered online and had it delivered. Had to do it three times before I got a good TV. First one has gray spot on the screen. Second one was a broken panel. Best Buy customer service came through each time to help. Overall, I love the TV especially with 4K contents. I love how easy it is to switch from cable TV to YouTube, Netflix, Disney+, etc. TV speakers are surprisingly loud and clear.

Good Buy at Sale Price
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great picture, very thin. Quick setup easy to follow. Wish they had more detail in their paper user manual. Have to look at TV to see the e-manual for more details. Have a sound problem with internet apps not going through receiver but only through TV speakers. Have signed in to do chats with Samsung Support, but they mustn't have anyone working on their side. Finally just gave up.

Can I just say WOW!!!!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is our third Samsung, second QLED and by far the best tv I have ever owned. Setup was a breeze, all of our TV apps are available (YoutubeTV, Hulu, Netflix, AppleTV, Prime) so able to lose the AppleTV box and the additional controllers, now just one controller fits all. Plugged in the XBOX via HDMI and the tv recognizes which console it is, same with the Switch. The picture quality is unbelievable, we see much more detail on the screen, especially on Disney movies like Finding Nemo or shows like the Blue Planet. The quality of my XBOX One games versus our previous TV (Sony Bravia 4K) is night an day and my son actually commented on the frame rate being very smooth. Each time I upgrade my TV I wonder how they can improve, and based on what I am looking at now I have to ask the same question again. TV went on sale 3 weeks after purchase and Bestbuy refunded the difference (I love Bestbuy).

Easy set up and response
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for an open living room and it fills the space nicely. Regardless of the angle, it provides great picture and color in the room, which has a multitude of windows. The setup was very quick and easy. The set is also very responsive via the remote with minimal, if any, lag swapping between inputs or applications. Very satisfied and would recommend it to anyone in the market.

Great QLED TV
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This 65" QLED has an amazing picture. It was easy to set up. Just need the room to put it on the stand and be very careful of the front to not scratch or push on it. When you watch a movie it looks as good as at the theater. It recognized our sound bar without any problems (Yamaha ATS-2090 from Costco). But the sound without the sound bar is pretty descent.

We got this for next gen gaming and it had not disappointed. Looks amazing with movies and everything else. Don't get an oled. This looks better if u like Samsung screens,.phones, tablets, laptops. Samsung vs Sony
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The TV has only been viewed for a month. I think it is adequate. The prior TV was a Sony XBR 65X900E which, in my opinion had a lovely picture which revealed excellent definition in both color and B&W viewing and in brightly lit and darkened rooms. However, the Sony OS is less intuitive and after two years the picture and the CPU seemed to die simultaneously. The Samsung colors are more saturated revealing a darker picture no matter what screen setting is used. Detail on B&W films is lost as well. Viewing in a bright room can be a bit challenging. The upscaling software adequately handles cable feeds and is adequate and when the dark picture is not interfering, The picture clarity is good. We have not appreciated any ghosting when objects are moving making watching sports lovely. The Tizen OS is rather easy to learn. The Remote suffers from a lack of buttons. A "previous channel" button would be a thoughtful addition for those switching back-and-forth between two channels. But even with a lack of button choices switching between channels and apps is relatively straight forward. The voice recognition seems to work well. The set suffers from the lack of RCA and or composite inputs should you have older VCR, CD, DVD, older game consoles. There are none. The sound from the installed while not theater quality is not unpleasant. Overall I liked the Sony picture better and it has composite and RCA inputs. In my hands Sony reliability was awful. The Samsung picture is good the Tizen OS is very easy to use, the remote could use some improvements and for those that have older peripherals, an adapter to HDMI will be necessary. the sound difference between the Sony and the Samsung is negligible. Hoping that the set has longer longevity than 2 years.

Great tv, amazing gaming tv
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best tv I’ve ever owned. Out of the box settings need tweaking to get the best picture but once it’s dialed in it’s great. HDR on this tv is fantastic as well but be aware it doesn’t support Dolby Vision if that matters to you. The game mode is best in its class and it support vrr for the next gen consoles. Best part is it’s immune from burn in unlike oleds!

great tv
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have to say I'm pretty loyal to Samsung for tv's.. that said I'm an apple guy. this tv is pretty good out of the box, with a little adjustment is really good. Its not an oled so don't even compare them , the blacks are about as dark as a qled can get and almost blinded me with the whites...overall great tv, especially with the series x console

Very Happy.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy to set up, great picture, matched it with a Samsung sound bar. All controlled with one easy controller. FYI when using Airplay from my Mac to the TV I had two images on the screen. One from the Airplay and one from the TV. After some time and help from Samsung we realized just highlight the one you want and push the center button for full screen.

Awesome TV
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We purchased this TV to replace a JVC 57" that was 15 years old, but was still functional. We had replaced the TV in our guest room with a Samsung 43" (Model# QN43Q60TAFXZA) and we were blown away by the quality of picture and THAT was the deciding factor to buy this TV for our Family Room. This is an AWSOME TV! The picture quality is superb. Set-up was accomplished by the Best Buy contractor/installer and he did it in a flash. He didn't take the time to show me what he was doing so after a few days, I had to learn on my own. Now, I'm not a complete novice, but I'm no Einstein either! I had to decipher the owner's manual which was vague or incomplete in some areas and then "noodle it out" on my own. I stumbled for a while, but eventually found what I was trying to do. Because we had purchased the Samsung Sound Bar HW-Q850T (5.1 2-channel), I needed to tweak the sound and the difficulty in understanding what the manual was directing me to do, and then applying it was just a little confusing sometimes to this Ol' Marine. But, like I said, I "noodled it out" and now everything is copacetic. Overall, this is an excellent TV and I have absolutely no qualms about recommending this brand to anyone I know. Great job Samsung!

Beautiful picture, remote takes some learning
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Picture is beautiful from anywhere in the room. Netflix, Disney, and Amazon apps all work smoothly, but Samsung still doesn't seem to play well with Comcast. The remote is simple and elegant, but using it well takes some getting used to. Most common functions are easy, but we still get surprised by a response every now and then. Ambient mode looks almost like a painting on the wall. We paired it with a Sonos Arc. Pairing is straightforward, but you need to change the Atmos setting on the TV to get the most out of it.

Very happy with this purchase
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This TV has stunning color and the “Hub” is so easy to use. It’s now a simple matter to switch seamlessly between streaming, cable, or other devices hooked up to the TV. It’s a bonus to change the channel using Alexa! The T-shaped stand is very unobtrusive, and it also works seamlessly with the Samsung sound bar. Great system!

My Q80 is wonderful
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After doing research and with the assistance of my Best Buy associate I decided to go with a 65 inch Samsung Q80t. I couldn’t be happier with my choice and the reviews were absolutely correct about this set. From setup to features the Q80 never disappointed me and now having had it for awhile I’m glad I made the choice.

Stunning picture quality
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros: Excellent black levels without any concern of burn in. Vivid colors. Bright HDR presentation. UHD Blu Ray looks phenomenal. Cons: Only 1 HDMI port offers HDMI 2.1 features like VRR and ALLM. Will need a receiver capable of passthrough if you plan on getting multiple next gen game systems. I miss having substantial remotes.
