I love my 65 in tv. I just retired from my job of 22 years and I treated myself and got me a big TV that I always wanted. I’m a senior citizen and oh I just love my TV. I’ve been enjoying it every day and the service guys that came out Daniel and the other guy did a great job setting it up. It’s the best gift I could ever give myself and Best Buy is number one store in my heart. Love shopping at Best Buy.♥️

This was our Christmas gifts to each other this year. Our Sony Bravia died and wanted to try out a microLED tv. Was less than an OLED and can perform very well in our den. Man it's bright! Great blacks and very minimal motion blur. Sports, movies and gaming are all excellent on this set.

The 2 TVs I bought are great but the 3rd party delivery/installation was horrible. They refused to pay the entrance fee to my development and drove away causing me to pick up the televisions at the store (30 minutes away) and wait for several days for my son to help me mount them. The in-store staff was great in helping to select the right models and to facilitate re purchasing the televisions. Unfortunately trying to rectify the situation with customer service was exasperating even when I tried to elevate the issue (I was told there was no supervisor to elevate the resolution)

During my recent visit to Best Buy during the Christmas holiday. I was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding service provided by the staff. One employee, in particular stood out. He took the time to understand what we were looking for in a TV. He helped compared different models to find the perfect fit for our needs. His patience made the shopping experience enjoyable rather than stressful.
