    Although the picture is great, I was disappointed in the size of the remote that came with the TV. Also, is there any on-line training on how to utilize the various items available on the TV?

To help you get the most from your TV and remote functions, you can download the full e-Manual and more by visiting Samsung’s website then navigating to: Support > Manual & Software > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can search for and select your TV model to view or download the available guides.

      The e-Manual & Remote Control Guide are also conveniently built into your TV: Settings > Support > Tips and User Guides.

      For additional guidance, your TV also includes Accessibility features designed to assist with navigation and remote use.
      • Learn Menu Screen provides audio guidance for on-screen menus by announcing the name and function of each item as you scroll – without making any changes. This is especially helpful for users who are visually impaired or new to Smart TV menus. Enable via: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Accessibility > Learn Menu Screen. To exit, press the Return key twice.

    TV is nice & price was right. Not as nice as my Lg. Don’t sign up for the TotalTech Membership. It gets you nothing as they will still sell you a warranty they say is better. I originally signed up to have them come out on my LG TV & have them set up the stand & TV. Now they charge $150

    Good TV but found that the Samsung S84F series 65” offer very low / dark viewing and even with the brightness turned up, did not improve. This might work well for other environments but for my living room I opted to exchanged for the Samsung S90F 65”. This was a huge difference in brightness in picture for my environment.

    Got it for a steal and the visuals are insane. Wish the remote had disney + but it doesn't. I hate the fact that the OLEDs you have to not have an image there for long periods of time or else it will leave an imprint.

    Perfect display, very clear and bright. For those not getting bright display, you are in the wrong mode. Default is movie so set to standard for brightest display. Best value when in sale.

    Now that we have it hooked up properly, it's a great TV. We ran into a problem with Samsung itself, wanting a user name and password. Very frustrating. For a fee Best Buy sent out Geek Squad members to help and they did good and helped us make sure everything was hooked up correctly, and bypassed the user name & password. Thank you Best Buy & Edward.

    Tv works ok most of the time, once in a while it will disconnect from our internet. never a problem with my old unit. Working on finding a reason

      Thank you for sharing your experience with the internet connection on your Samsung S84F TV. Whether you're using Wi-Fi or a wired (LAN) connection, there are a few steps you can take to help resolve the issue:
      1. Power Cycle Your Equipment. Unplug both your TV and router/modem from the wall outlet. Wait at least 30 seconds, then plug them back in and allow both devices to fully restart.
      2. Check the Network Status. On your TV, go to: Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Connection > Network > Network Status. This will help determine if the issue lies with the network or the TV.
      3. Try a Different Connection Type. If you're using Wi-Fi, try connecting an Ethernet (LAN) cable directly from your router to the TV to test the connection. If you're using a wired connection, try switching to Wi-Fi to see if the issue persists.
      4. Reestablish the Network Connection. Go to: Settings > All Settings > Connection > Network > Open Network Settings, and follow the prompts to reconnect to your Wi-Fi or wired network.
      5. Update Firmware. Software updates can often resolve network bugs. To check for the latest version: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
