Bought the new TV and sound bar. Beautiful picture a sound which we enjoy every day. Sales staff was so helpful and we felt we made the right decision. Installation was completed and installers even provided additional technical support to bring us into the 21st century. 5 star service.

The picture is very good as is the audio, even without a sound bar. The app screen is little overly clutter and could have been formatted better, a minor issue . The overall TV is very good, and I would recommend the TV to a friend.

Just loving this TV!!! Best ever!!! Real value for money. Only one complaint was that the installation crew needed a cable to connect the Blu-Ray player to the TV and they just happened to have one there costing $100. I felt like this was something that should have been known in the store and either an option to go buy one or some other option. This felt like i was being taken advantage of as what was i going to do? Not allow them to install my TV?

Great TV!! I'm very happy with it!! My only complaint was that Best Buy was not clear about what accessories or cables I should have for the installation. Luckily I had what I needed but it could've gone very badly otherwise. Also for some reason they sent 2 people to program my universal remote but only 1 to install a TV and sound system in a condo on the second floor. Luckily I was able to help out. Everything worked out but again Best Buy wasn't clear, so I would advise you to be sure and ask them ahead of the delivery.

We love the TV with the 65" size being the perfect size for our living room with seating 12 to 15 feet away. The previous TV was actually too large and a bit overwhelming. The picture is very sharp and the colors are vivid and bright. Was definitely the right choice!

This product is worth it for the price. Great color and gets bright enough for medium darkish room. Just don't let direct sunlight on the tv and you'll be good. I do recommend adding a streaming box to it like a Google Chromecast or Onn Plus.

It’s was great on time hassle free. I set it up and it’s up and running. Thank you guys. Buying it too was smooth, a guy with a laptop helped me on the spot and was on my way.

We've had this TV for close to a month and absolutely love it! The picture is clear and sharp and the unit itself is so thin we have more room on our tv stand. We have 3 Samsung TV's in our home and trust the product immensely.

My wife and I are so happy with the color of this new television. It is dynamic and very clear. It works very well in our room full of windows. We are absolutely happy with this purchase.
