They delivered it carefully, unpacked it and helped set up the legs to put it on the TV stand. After that, my son did all the necessary programming, etc to set it up. Great buy, very happy.

No picture after six weeks

Two days ago the screen stopped working and now won't turn on. Went through all the troubleshooting steps and had to make appointment with Samsung for repair. Not sure if it can be repaired or will be replaced yet. A lot of great reviews everywhere for this TV, but I am very disappointed this could happen so soon after purchasing.
